Kvitfjell is located just 2.5 hours north of the Oslo Airport, along the main railway and highway.       Kvitfjell boasts Olympic quality slopes in a scenic environment. This is not to say it isn't suited for beginners. Au contraire; the west side of the mountain was just developed for that exact purpose! There are hills for every level of skier or snowboarder.

    There are many choices at Kvitfjell. Some of the dining opportunities allow you to organize a group meal at a cozy mountain farm, in a tipi-tent, or at a nature site selected by a guide. There are also a few after skis where you can enjoy home made sausages and goulajs soup; Koia afterski is located right at centre station. You can also have a meal at the lodge, or for a more formal affair at GudbrandsGard Hotell's specialty restaurant.
