I stayed there about 3 months, dont ever waste your time there. The deposits, are non refundable no matter what even if you fill out the proper paperwork, the management will literally aggress you and tell you they're keeping your money and to call corporate. Mary the manager actually lives on the property, there are always homeless people and people having full blown parties outside the doorway and in the parking lot. There are people with campers/RV's literally parked next to the property who just live in it and hang out in their parking lot, the door doesn't lock so these people are in and out. Even had one knock on my door, I opened thinking it was management and they said they had the wrong door. The building flooded also, they refused to compensate or even move me to a non-flooded room. The third floor flooded all the way down to the first, came through my ceiling ruined electric wiring and even got on my breaker box. MARY again said she couldn't move me but would help me out, couldn't even get towels from them for something that was supposed to be on them. DO NOT waste your hard earned money on that place. I've always seen this same manager arguing with people even when they complain about roaches or make genuine complaints she acts like a thug and definitely steals money. Would definitely look into this place if I Was district or corporate manager. I'd be willing to give my information to confirm everything I said was true and documented.

We lived in a jr.one bed it was good and laundry right there. The people who worked there were nice. There is a lot of people coming and going at night. Other than that we had no major problems until we got a letter saying the room we had was going from 900 plus a month to 1200 Jan 1st. 2018.we found a place two blocks away for 725 all utilities and quiet. This place was very nice I stood there for a couple of months while I got on my feet. The staff were nice and it was very clean I sure would come back again if I had to.
