Great service from very helpful staff. Views of Sagrada Familia from the room and rooftop bar were fantastic although the bar was too busy to find a seat while I was there.

Visited the rooftop bar and the view of the Sagrada Família was incredible. Sangria was good but very sweet, had other drinks and they were good. On the more expensive side, but the view for a few hours was worth it.

It’s a shame personnel can’t take care of the people who live around the hotel. We were not allowed to go to the bar to have a simple 10 minute coffee!! And don’t get me wrong completely empty. Used to like the place, now... it can burn to a cinder. It doesn’t seem to me like a very good policy.

Came for Sunday drinks in the terrace with my friends in 2 separare taxis. First taxi of 4 people came in, second taxi of 4 arrived like 5 minutes after and tried to go in but they told us terrace was “closed”. I call my friends upstairs and they say terrace is empty and free tables.
I confront the desk employee and she says space for outside public is max out. My friends upstairs sent me these photos. This is how upstairs looked:
I’m a colored person and I think this is discriminatory. PERIOD.

The rooms are nice and big, very comfortable. The major reason we booked this hotel was for the rooftop view, but the rooftop was closed for maintenance. We were extremely disappointed about that. The location is great, easy to get to from the metro. The area feels very safe.
