Primeiramente esqueça o que falam sobre mosquitos, tanto em punta cana ou bayahibe não vi nenhum e trouxe repelente a toa.Hotel maravilhoso, realmente é Luxo Ilimitado, pague um pouco a mais e fique no vip preffered, vale cada centavo.Tanto punta cana quanto bayahibe não são destinos para quem quer se divertir a noite, se este é seu foco, vá para Cancun.De última hora meu transfer cancelou e quase perdi meu voo, acabei pagando 100 dólares por um taxi minivan, calcule 4 horas de margem de segurança até o aeroporto para evitar problemas. O trajeto leva 50 minutos mas não dá pra bobiar.Pros - Fique na área vip preferred e seja feliz com ótimos drinks (marcas premium, veja foto), comidas na piscina e ótimo restaurante exclusivo. - Quartos novos e cama ótima, chuveiro fantástico. - Pedalinho, standup, caiaque simples ou duplo tudo gratuito. - Da pra mergulhar de snorkel em frente ao hotel mas cuidado com ouriços e moréias (tem poucas mas elas existem), várias estrelas do mar, lindas. - Restaurantes francês, italiano, mediterrâneo, e dois de frutos do mar, todos ótimos, o asiático é fraco e não tem comida japonesa, se quiser sushi aproveite o do restaurante principal no almoço, restaurante principal (bandeijão) fantástico, comidas maravilhosas no café almoço e janta. Leve calça jeans, tênis e polo manga curta para o francês e italiano, no mais fiquei de regata o tempo todo. - Sala de jogos completa - Jacuzzi hidromassagem com água quente tanto na área vip preffered quanto na comum. - Não deixe de fazer o passeio para a ilha Saona, ponto alto da viagem, paguei 65 dólares com bebida e almoço incluído, nunca havia visto uma praia tão paradisíaca e isso que já visitei outros lugares do caribe e mundo.Contras - Bebidas fora da área vip preferred dificilmente serão boas. - Atendimento vip preferred na praia deixa a desejar, bebidas demoram 20 a 30 minutos para chegar e possui apenas uma única funcionária mal humorada. - Wifi funciona só 30% do tempo. - Sem pulseira o que gera desconforto pois quando me abordaram por duas vezes não reconheceram o cartão que o próprio hotel fornece, por ser um cartão antigo, apenas funcionários com mais de 3 anos de casa reconhecem. Outro ponto é o livre acesso a qualquer um de fora para dentro do hotel, funcionários nem sempre abordam todos que entram. O hotel diz ser um diferencial a não necessidade da pulseira, eu achei péssimo. - O mar em frente ao hotel perde de lavada para o outro Dreams que fica na praia dominicus, mas se pesquisar verá que na praia dominicus os hotéis são extremamente mal avaliados, não vale a pena correr o risco. Conseguirá boas fotos na praia em frente a este hotel em bayahibe, dreams la romana, sem falar que as melhores fotos do mar serão tiradas no passeio para a isla saona, nas piscinas naturais e na própria ilha que é um paraíso. - Cuidado ao caminhar na areia, logo que chegamos meu cunhado se machucou pois topou o dedão do pé numa pedra, não é fácil saber quando termina a areia e quando começam as pedras, que são da mesma cor da areia. Acredito que o hotel deveria ter um funcionário quebrando o excesso de pedras que ficam com as pontas expostas perigosamemte.

Lugar fantástico. Atendimento exemplar, ótimas opções de drinks e bebidas variadas, café da manhã com diversas opções da gastronomiainternacional. Restaurantes para outras refeições com atendimento cortês e uma bela vista para o mar a noite. Quartos confortáveis e a área da piscina e praia fabulosas. Estive lá durante os festejos de Natal e eles tem uma programação muito animada para todas as idades.
Praia espetacular! Tive a felicidade de estar no hotel por 5 dias pra um casamento! Só tenho elogios! Restaurantes muito bons! A praia parece uma piscina de tão calma e a cor exuberante!

Es un hotel que sobrepasó mis espectativas. El personal te hace sentir mejor que en casa. Hay atención y educación. Las actividades son variadas y amenas. La comida es excelente y variada. Las habitaciones cómodas y acogedoras.
Me gustó la experiencia. Todo incluido, shows, actividades, parque acuático en el mismo hotel. Si no quieres pensar en nada allí lo tienes todo.

Top shelf experience all around. Friendly staff, great food, beautiful facility. Scuba Caribe has their dive shop adjacent to the hotel which is very convenient for diving excursions. Food was surprisingly good for an all inclusive. Wide variety of restaurants. Service was slow at times but we were in no hurry. The water park was a great deal of fun for our all adult gang. Flamingos too! Recommend. We’ll be back.

Upgrade to premium if possible. Casino & disco closed due to Covid-19. All staff go above and beyond. Beautiful resort. Restaurants were great.Private bathroom w/door! Will be returning:)
The location was perfect - beautiful beach! The entire staff at this property and at the family resort were always friendly, hospitable and genuine. The food was amazing! It truly felt like home. I definitely want to go back to spend more time!
The resort, staff, and food were amazing. Everything was very clean and all staff members greet you every time you come in contact with them. Our patio lead right to the pool. Mildred, Cristina, and Delores, that worked at the pool bar, are an asset to the Hilton. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and having a great time. They made sure to make my boyfriend's birthday very special. We enjoyed the sunset cruise and exploring everything the resort had to offer. The only things that were disappointing was having the disco and casino closed, all bars closing by midnight, and having to be masked when the weather is so hot and humid when mask mandates were lifted in so many places. It makes it very hard to breathe. I would definitely recommend this resort to others if you're looking to relax and not party much.

Great way to get away and relax. Adults only is the way to go. We had access to both sides and it was great.
Amazing is what I will say. Beautiful with excellent customer service. My only 2 issues,is the remote and isolated location. I like leaving resorts to sample the local culture. You have to take a taxi to go off the resort and it's not cheap. The other issue is the lack of night time entertainment. The casino was closed and there was nothing to do but hang around the lobby bar after 10p.
Good quality hotel. Food as always 50/50. The most interesting and tasty restaurant is Asian. Unfortunately this restaurant has no outdoor seating. Number of restaurants with outdoor seating and great views. Wines included in "all included" are of low quality, but there is wine list with number of acceptable quality wines you can order for additional price. Personal is very friendly and helpful. Rooms, sea beach, swimming pools, and territory are clean.
Great beach, gorgeous calm water everything conveniently located, very compact. Food is great, fresh assorted in all restaurants and buffet, except for room service food (was terrible) Personnel is friendly, cooperative, helpful. special thanks and appreciation to premium club personal Katherine Marcia and absolutely unique Danilo our butler who shadowed us and provided is with the best service ever. Special thanks to all of them. Great time, special vacation! will came back again soon!
The price was fair for the stay, I give the reception staff 5 stars, the check-in staff rates 2 stars, after sitting in the lobby for 2 hours they finally got us checked in. Pushing us to a premium up sale. If you go demand Butler service as this is the only way you will get good service at the beach. The premium pool staff rates 5 stars very good people there. The only restaurant that I can give 5 stars to is the Habachi restaurant. All the others I would give 3 stars based on quality of the food. The spa would rate 4 stars they were not bad but could have done better. I am still on the fence If I would return there again. We are returning to the island in 4 weeks but trying another location that was recommended. Being a Hilton Honors Diamond member meat nothing at this location!
We stayed in a premier garden view room, and spent most of our non-room time on the beach, in the restaurants, lobby, and pool bar. The resort is organized into a family area, adults only area, and adults only premier area. This applies to the beach, pools, restaurants, and rooms. We had access to the entire resort. The family section includes a water park, the buffet style "Spice" restaurant, a pool, other eateries, and family themed nightly entertainments. The adults only section features two infinity edge pools with adjacent bar, an adult buffet style restaurant, Asian theme restaurant with sushi hibachi tables, coffee/expresso bar, and lobby bar. The premier adult only section had a separate pool with bar, discrete restaurants, and roped off beach access with nicer metal framed beach chairs. The beach was exceptional with white sand beaches giving way to underwater grasses and coral with a variety of fish visible to snorkelers on most days. The resort was beautifully designed, clean, and well-maintained. Service, food, and drinks were exceptional. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit, local delicacies, and coffee. Mildred Mejia and Christina Santana expertly prepared and served us a wide variety of mixed drinks. My wife enjoyed the spa services which feature a body massage including a coffee and chocolate scrub. We have travelled throughout the Caribbean and rate this Dominican Republic vacation among the best. We expect to return
En medio de la pandemia por Covid19 una experiencia gratificante. Cumplidos todos los protocolos de distanciamiento y desinfección. Al llegar desinfectan las manos y el equipaje. Los huéspedes están obligados a permanecer con la mascarilla en las áreas comunes y solo es permitido quitárselas cuando están en las mesas del comedor que están bastante separadas del resto y en la playa y piscinadonde los sillones también guardan la distancia. Los cubiertos y servilletas cerrados en bolsa hermética. La limpieza de primera. El mayor miedo de ir de vacaciones con mi familia era el riesgo de contaminarnos, durante la estancia no sentimos temor y nos sentimos a gusto. El personal cortés y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento.
