Spa operating hours 11am to 8pm was much shorter operating hours than other comparable hotels. Response to an issue in the room was really sloppy. Would not stay here again. Caro demais, exagerado. Experiência muito mediana. A suíte era boa. Menu de serviço de quarto tinha opções muito limitadas. Demasiado caro, exagerado. Experiencia muy normal. La suite estaba bien. El menú del servicio de habitaciones tenía opciones muy limitadas. Um excelente resort, principalmente para convalescença e para quem gosta de praticar esportes, mas há comentários na academia de que tocam músicas na hora da oração e alguns trabalhadores não omanenses são irritantes com muitas perguntas sobre o nome e o número do quarto, ao contrário dos irmãos omanis que o cumprimentam com um sorriso, sabendo que reclamei com a gerência, mas é claro que eles não respondem e o que recebi de alguns funcionários omanenses A administração não é árabe e não significa que atendeu às demandas dos árabes

Un excelente resort, sobre todo para convalecientes y para los que les gusta hacer deporte, pero hay comentarios en el gimnasio de que ponen canciones a la hora de la oración y algunos trabajadores no omaníes molestan con muchas preguntas sobre el nombre y el número de la habitación, a diferencia de los hermanos omaníes que te saludan con una sonrisa, sabiendo que me quejé a la gerencia, pero está claro que no responden y lo que recibí de algunos empleados omaníes. La administración no es árabe y no significa que haya cumplido con el demandas de los árabes

Really exellant staff especially omani staff ..romantic place ..one african cleaner is very nice hard working .. But please check and maintain electric things befor gust check in ..coz minibar fridge is not cooling, iron machine and kitell is not working ..so i used to call room service for that..also we hope that if you open the kids zone and trambo field for children.. The other intertainmentslike jetsky are very expensive 30 minutes for 23 OR !! Great breakfast.

We bought a day pass which gave us access to the hotel facilities across two properties. It was a lovely, lazy, stress free day. The staff are friendly and make you feel at home. Bonus that we didn't need to take beach towels AND received vouchers for lunch. We will, most definitely be doing this again. Thank you Shangri-La!

It was amazing experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast is delicious but they need to add more dishes. We enjoyed playing tennis, golf. Swimming in the pools with beautiful landscapes and the artificial river. It is suitable for couples and families. There are many activities for kidz.
They cared about Covid19, chairs, tables are disinfected for you. They make sure the number of persons on the pools didn't exceed the limit. Also, you can enjoy the beach and kayak.

Great for kids, albeit a bit remote for my taste. To that end, complimentary shuttles into Muscat are offered. Staff is awesome, really helpful, friendly and attentive. Restaurant selections are a bit limited, since each food outlet (of which there are quite a few) only has a limited menu. Location is great and the landscape absolutely stunning. Rooms are nice and of adequate size. Will probably take the family there again.
