Hotel padrão IBIS. Simples, Limpo, confortável e bem localizado: próximo à um shopping com Banco e da estação de trem para Moscou. Recomendo.

Já me hosoedei por duas vezes neste hotel. O staff fala Inglês. A calefação é fantástica. O bar do hotel serve chopp. O café da manhã possui alto padrão. Está perto a pé de um shopping center.

Stayed at this location during the world cup in 2018. Staff was very kind and helpful. The room was very clean and services provided by the hotel was exceptional. The location of this hotel is perfect, not to far by walking to the nearest metro station. And the value of rooms you cannot beat.

The lobby is big but the sad thing is one of the staff doesn't know if there will be available rooms for a sudden walk in inquiries, we waited for few minutes for other staff to accommodate us.
However the services are good.

The room was of Ibis standard. Location is marvellous, next to train to / from Moscow. The hotel breakfast is good value but there were tour groups which packed the place. There are many places to eat within walking distance, especially a Russian chain 20m from the hotel's door. The welcome drink (Platinum) of up to 1,000 rubies (€13.6) was generous and we enjoyed the vodka and Long Island Iced Tea. There’s a bankomat on the ground floor. The are steps between Reception and the road.

Nice clean hotel with Ibis 3star international hotel standart. Perfect location in city centre, 10mnt walking from Moskovsky Vokzal station, where Sapsan high speed train Moscow - St Petersburg finish. 5mnt walking to Galleria Shopping Mall. Atlhough it is not new building hotel, but they keep maintain all in good condition. Breakfast menu is so so.

I paid quite expensive amount for 7 nights in this hotel, but unfortunately it gave to me a feeling of a low cost and old (80’s Ibis) hotel. I could compare to similar hotel of the same network Ibis in Moscow which was much much better for a lower price.
Bed not so bad and not so good. Plastic glasses in bathroom too brittle, I broke one when I removed the protective plastic foil. Wrong wood on the ground, not pleasant at all when we walk.
Rooms street side have a double window, due to noise coming from street. The outer windows was not easy to open and close, I had to walk on my desk to reach it.
I needed a shelf in the shower to put my own products and I had to put them on the shower ground.
There is NO safebox in the room. However, Booking website wrote there was a safebox...
In summer period, air conditioning is only set at “cold”. Impossible to heat the room if you are cold.
Very bad sound-proofing. I was able to hear the shower of my neighbor as if he was in my room. My wall and bed moved when my neighbors closed their door.
My Wifi worked well only on my tablet. It did not work on my smartphone (it was fine 1 week earlier in another hotel)
Strange policy about the bottles of water. During a 7 days stay, I had 2 bottles of water every day, except twice. When I asked at the reception, they told me “it is normal because we offer bottles of water only on the first day”.
Also, I had the bad surprise to receive a call from the reception at 12:15 in the middle of my stay. The reception told me I had to leave my room at 12:00 and I was late, but they had not checked I should stay again for a few days in the room...

La localización del hotel es muy buena, céntrico y a cuatro pasos de la avenida Nevsky, ideal para explorar la zona turística dando un paseo.En cuanto al hotel en sí mantiene el nivel habitual de los Ibis, habitaciones correctas, con el equipamiento adecuado y en buen estado.De este hotel lo que es verdaderamente destacable es la amabilidad del personal, tanto en la recepción como en el restaurante y en el bar el trato recibido fue exquisito, derrochando amabilidad y simpatía.

Poca amabilidad del personal; parece que no están muy a gusto en su trabajo. La localización es buena, porque está bastante céntrico. Fuí con un viaje "programado", en el que se incluía la cena: si os encontrais con esta opción, no la tomeis: nos dieron ensalada de pepino y pollo ... los 4 DIAS que estuvimos allí!!!!

Muy mal servicio. Me negaron darme de cenar y la tenia pagada. La empresa con la que viajé era Mapa tours y la agencia de viaje Nautalia.Nunca más usare hoteles IBIS , MAPA TUR Y AGENCIA NATALIA. Las comida repetidas y sin calidad. Subir las maletas a través de escalones y si ayuda de hotel.Tenia la piera mal y el señor que estaba en la puerta(personal del hotel, se limitó a mirar) y no presto ayuda alguna. NEFASTO HOTEL...
