O hotel está em uma localização tranquila, mas não fica longe do lago cerca de 5 minutos. Os quartos são bem mobiliados, tudo o que você precisa está lá, incluindo uma chaleira no quarto. O staff é simpático e sempre disponível. O buffet de café da manhã é muito bom para o início do dia, você não precisa levar nada, todos podem comer à vontade. Para o jantar existem vários pratos dos quais pode escolher o mais adequado para si, mesmo os vegetarianos não vão passar fome. Nós definitivamente seremos convidados novamente no próximo ano.

El hotel está en una zona tranquila, pero no está lejos del lago, a unos 5 minutos. Las habitaciones están bien amuebladas, todo lo que necesita está allí, incluido un hervidor de agua en la habitación. El personal es amable y siempre disponible. El buffet de desayuno es muy bueno para empezar el día, no tienes que llevar nada contigo, todo el mundo puede comer hasta saciarse. Para la cena hay varios platos entre los que puedes elegir el más adecuado para ti, incluso los vegetarianos no pasarán hambre. Sin duda volveremos a ser huéspedes el próximo año.

Small and friendly family run hotel just outside the centre of Riva... 10 min walk to the centre of Riva and about the same to the bus terminal. Excellent location for exploring the lake and travelling further up in to Trento. All the staff are exceptionally helpful, especially on reception. Bar and restaurant staff go out of their way to please you and the food choice and quality is really good. The Manager/Owner and his wife are always present about the hotel and restaurant and are friendly and approachable. This is a quiet little gem of a place, not pretentious, not ostentatious, just small and friendly... highly recommend 👌 Pequeno e amigável hotel de gerência familiar fora do centro de Riva... 10 minutos a pé do centro de Riva e quase o mesmo para o terminal de ônibus. Excelente localização para explorar o lago e viajar mais para Trento. Todos os funcionários são extremamente prestativos, principalmente na recepção. A equipe do bar e do restaurante faz o possível para agradá-lo e a escolha e a qualidade da comida são realmente boas. O gerente/proprietário e sua esposa estão sempre presentes sobre o hotel e restaurante e são simpáticos e acessíveis. Gluten free! Writing this for anyone gluten intolerant. Everything on the menu can be made gluten free, and the breakfasts were lovely. Also gluten free beer, which made my holiday much more enjoyable.

We highly recommend this charming hotel. Classic with nice garden and a pool. The staff really made the difference!! They made us feel like royalty!! Very polite and attentive! From the receptionists to the maitre, they all offered excellent service!! Really tried hard to please us. We are vegan and they were eager to bring us vegan lunch and to please us in breakfast time. The room was very well equipped although a little bit small. Recomendamos vivamente este encantador hotel. Clássico com belo jardim e piscina. A equipe realmente fez a diferença!! Eles nos fizeram sentir como a realeza!! Muito educado e atencioso! Dos recepcionistas ao maitre, todos eles ofereceram um excelente serviço!! Realmente se esforçou para nos agradar. Somos veganos e eles estavam ansiosos para nos trazer um almoço vegano e nos agradar na hora do café da manhã. O quarto estava muito bem equipado, embora um pouco pequeno.

Fui à Villa Nicolli para uma tarde relaxante, reservei uma massagem e a entrada para a área de bem-estar por e-mail e, apesar do curto prazo, Silvia me respondeu com muita gentileza. A massagem relaxante da Arianna foi uma experiência incrível: ela me deixou completamente novo! O spa é muito limpo, e maçãs frescas e bebidas estão disponíveis. Eu definitivamente estarei de volta!

Fui a Villa Nicolli para una tarde relajante, reservé un masaje y la entrada al área de bienestar por correo electrónico y, a pesar del poco tiempo, Silvia me respondió con gran amabilidad. El masaje relajante de Arianna fue una experiencia increíble: ¡me hizo completamente nueva! El spa está muy limpio y hay manzanas frescas y bebidas disponibles. ¡Definitivamente regresaré!

We have just finished our 10 day stay at this hotel and I really can’t recommend it enough.
The hotel itself is just a short walk from the town and lake.
The hotel is clean, lovely pool and spa to use.
During our stay we had a private meal in the Vecchio Pozzo restaurant to celebrate our engagement. The meal was delicious and our dessert was made in front of us which was a lovely touch
We also booked the private spa which was so relaxing and enjoyed a bottle of Prosecco, chocolate & fruits and a massage
I cannot put into words how lovely the staff are at the hotel, they will do anything to help you and really give a personal touch. Especially the 2 gentlemen in the restaurant who served us everyday (head maitre & 1 other gentleman who was there everyday dark hair) always met with a smile and very polite. The food was also delicious and it was great to try so many different dishes as the menu changed each night.
We also had the most amazing mango mojitos made by the bar man at the main bar. Best ones we have ever had & we enjoyed these everyday and highly recommend trying them!
The head maitre really made our holiday & is an asset to the hotel! We will never forget him & will really miss everybody and cannot wait to return again in the future

I was there only for a massage, best massage ever !!! It makes me want to stay at their hotel next time. Everything was so perfect. The stagg was so professional and friendly. The masseuse was really great at her job, she put so much effort in it and she made me so damn relaxed. Thank you so much and I really hope I will be back !!

First time ever I regretted booking a hotel.
The hotel is absolutely not worth a trip. It may meet the requirements of a 4 star hotel on paper. But as soon as you get there, you will be disappointed. Apart from the run-down impression, the hotel staff does not provide a good atmosphere. It is absolutely unrepentant, rude and even insulting in case of deficiencies. It was a lesson to me, I am no longer fooled by online pictures.

Sorry, but this hotel has gone right downhill. The value for money has gone right down, and it seems that a number of cutbacks are just to fund the ever-present owner's multiple luxury cars and family dinners.Our room was clean, refurbished, and a good enough size. The cleaners did an excellent job and are one of the only reasons that the score for the hotel isn't lower. The beds were extremely hard and I could feel small lengths of plastic under my sheets night after night. The pillows were also extremely hard, and I didn't get a full night's sleep at any point during my holiday. Shower cubicle was very small but the shower was powerful and the shower supplies were replaced daily.The spa and pool were nice but good luck getting a spot unless you're there early doors. There used to be an outside bar, but it seems like that's gone the distance. One major problem with the spa (sauna etc), however, comes back to the cutbacks: the facilities are by request during the afternoon. That means that if you fancy a sauna you can't just pop in, you've got to first know exactly when you want your sauna, then wait in line at reception to ask for it, then you're almost bound by that. It takes away any spontaneity which is why people go on holiday. The only reason I can see to do this is to avoid wasted energy. But I'm a paying customer, and I've paid for the services, I don't want to have to ask for it!! I was absolutely livid the first time I realised the sauna and steam room were off and had to be requested (I'd not been told). Really, it's funding the owner's indulgences.The food was the reason we returned to this hotel after 9 years. Back in those days it was really excellent, and there were very high quality dishes on the daily menu. This time round, there was one fewer course, and the food was absolutely shocking! There was no imagination to the food, and some of it was appallingly badly cooked. Octopus soup was on the menu 3 times over our 7 night holiday (I had it the first time to try it and it was awful), and turkey emincee (turkey bites!) was on 4 times. Every night there was repetition. I think Scorpion fish was on 3 times as well. The drinks are unbelievably overpriced at around 30 - 50 Euros a bottle. Also the water at dinner is 3.50 euros a bottle but the exact same bottle is only 2.50 from the minibar! It's just a cash cow for the owner, who has no shame on reprimanding his staff constantly during breakfast and dinner service (although to be fair it sounded like this was to keep presentation standards up, such as removing dirty bowls etc). In the dining room there were a great number of flies which would land in our food and on our tableware throughout service, and in the last night when my partner ordered cheese, we had a visitor on our breadstick (see photo). When I discreetly told the maitre d' he denied it and told me the food is made in house so it couldn't have a bug on it... He then went off in a huff and didn't really speak to us for the rest of the service. (Also, when the cheese was ordered, I got ice cream. Mine came out and the waiter told the maitre d' to serve our cheese so we could eat together. In fact, he served 3 others (slowly) before he came to us, at which point my ice cream had melted and we were both fed up).This is the first year that the hotel has been booked in conjunction with TUI, and I made it very clear how I felt to the TUI representative. I hope this hotel goes back to basics, stops ripping off customers, and improves their value for money. We won't be returning...EDIT: to respond to the owner: 1) nowhere have I ever, ever accused anyone of theft, I suggest you check your translation; 2) Christopher? 3) if you check my reviews, you will see that 19.7% have been 5*, 36.4% are 4*, 9.1% are 3*, 15.2% 2*, and 19.7% have been 1*, so I think you'd agree that this is quite a spread, skewed towards the positive experiences if anything (over 55% 4/5 star reviews). I understand your frustrations, but I'm trying to offer advice on what made your hotel so great 9 years ago that we returned!

We came to Riva on the 15th of June for a week. The hotel and all of the staff were just amazing, particularly the restaurant and bar staff. The food was totally delicious and the rooms and pool were always clean. The hotel is in a fantastic location, down a little side street which is lovely and quiet. It is a boutique hotel so not a chain and not too big which I believe is why it is of such a high standard. It is only a 10 minute walk into the old town which is beautiful and right on the lake. It has dozens of restaurants and lovely shops. We didn’t want to leave, we will definitely be back next year.
