While I’m biking(morning of October 3), one of the employee(Arona) of the resort gave me a fresh coconut that he just got from the tree. He is really friendly!👏👏👏👍👍👍

It was a very luxurious treat to visit this place for our first year anniversary. Staying in one of their villas is a must when you go. I like the idea of the villa on the ocean and just surrounded by water, you can just jump in the water anytime you like! I love everything about it. There's floor glass in the living room to view the water but unfortunately not a single fish I saw... I asked about that and they said that there are not fish swimming by the villas because there are no corals under villas and around it 😔 . Another downside was that our butler wasn't as helpful as I have expected. My husband had to confirm almost everyday our itineraries of the day. Food wasn't impressive, just ok. However, it's a must to dine in at the Lagoon by John Georges... it was absolutely tasty! Just hard to book a reservation but worth the $$$.

Exceeded our expectations to say the least. Absolutely gorgeous property with fantastic food and very warm, personalized service from everyone at the resort. We celebrated my wife’s milestone birthday here and our butler worked with me to set up an incredible private dinner on the beach that was simply spectacular. Truly made her feel like the most important guest at the resort. What an amazing property.

Wow! What an amazing stay! The rooms were beautiful and the staff was friendly. The views were unbelievable as well. We had a great time and our butler Safi was so sweet and made our stay even better! I highly recommend going here and giving it a visit! You won't be disappointed!

Nice hotel, perfectly maintained grounds, food is about the best you can get in the world (although pricey). All staff are extremely friendly. In fact we didn't have a single bad staff interaction. Snorkeling off the west side villas of the island was great. Management and staff fail to follow through on service. I raised a few very minor issues during my stay, the issues were relayed to the manager but they weren't addressed until we were departing the resort. Not a great way to end the stay. Some minor issues that need to be addressed immediately: all bicycles had flat tires. It was hard to find (and keep) a bike that was in good shape (although bikes didn't have any issues other than tire pressure). At one point we actually asked for a pump and it took them 5 minutes to find it and they just watched us pump up the tires on the bikes that were promptly stolen from us after we parked them in communal parking. It would be nice if bikes could be assigned the way they are at some other resorts. The billiards equipment was unusable, requiring just minor maintenance, but the neglect was obvious.

Nice resort with top notch service. Resort needs some updates. We stayed in an over water deluxe suite. Arriane,our butler, was great. Anna and Alice kept our room sparkling clean. Ruben was so helpful at the beach and pool.
Food was not that good and WAY over priced.

Was here on my honeymoon and it was incredible. We had Haydee as a butler and she was amazing and I would highly recommend her as a butler. The place is really awesome and we had a great time. A few bumps were taken care of from the beginning. I will be staying there again.

First off beyond epic location as far as views go, their marine center / sanctuary is pretty darn awesome as well. The service truly goes above and beyond.
The only reason for three stars. If you are a foodie stay elsewhere. The main restaurant for lunch and breakfast has the same menu day in and out. No real local specialties. We were expecting an abundance of grilled fish and prawns, to be frank I don’t think we’ve ever eaten so poorly over a week as far as nutritional quality. If burgers and fish and chips is you jam, non stop you’ll be happy.
Prices are a bit bananas but you have to remember they are trying to offset their AUM through food and entertainment.
Only other negative is their “signature” restaurant was also a bit of a let down. You can tell they cook hard but no “wow” factor. Generic American eats with no regional flair.
Once again service went above and beyond the entire time which is what you’re paying for, just if you want legit food stay far away.

This place is nice, as it should be. It ain't cheap but honestly it's worth it. The butler service, food, amenities, and just general 5 star atmosphere is incomparable to anywhere else we stayed in French Polynesia. The over water bungalows are huge and very modern. It will really make you not want to leave!
