Acima de tudo excelente localização. Pequeno almoço fraquinho, muito pouca variedade. Em relação aos quartos, a avaliação é bastante díspar, em 3 quartos todos eles muito diferentes, um deles com apenas 10m2 e outro com 30m2(Muito bom), pelo mesmo preço não me parece muito justo. Mas vale sem duvida pela localização, próximo de tudo.

very good hotel, the location is really great to go anywhere in town, metro station 10m from the front door. We had asked for a double bed but we had two separate beds, it is still fine, but on the other hand the object used all over the world is missing and it is really disturbing: the toilet brush ... the reason? I dont know. For a 3 * hotel this is really something unusual ... and for this reason i remove 2 star or my review of your hotel because it's very important.

The reason it got 3 stars is the position of the hotel in the center of the city and close to metro station. It take about 20 min to the beach. Many restaurants in the area. Close to the cathedral too.
The rum and bathroom was not that big but ok. The room service was good and we get new towels every days. Sometime it smells rotten in the corridor. Wasn't feeling so save to take the elevator, it's feels it will fall. The breakfast was kinda boring but ok. The coffee and the juice was disaster. Spend the week drink water.

Booked my stay a few months ago, and it explicitly said that it was refundable. However when i tried to change the dates (because Spain still was not allowing US residents to enter) they told me that not only could I change the dates, but that I could also not get my refund back. The date changes would have only been a week difference, but they said they could not do it. Take into account that i had been trying to contact them for about a week, but they kept redirecting me to another phone number, which ended up being at the exact same place but that i had to speak to another representative that handled these specific cases. Long story short, they are not only not answering calls but they have promised not to give me back my refund. So i have chose to contact my bank and file a claim, maybe then will they give me the attention that i believe I am at least owed. I will never be staying here again..

Avoid this place at all cost. They’re barely staying above the 4 star mark and wouldn’t be surprised if they dropped down to 3 soon. I booked a room here and tried to change the dates for over 2 weeks. I called morning, mid day, and night and guess what ? They didn’t care. Expedia contacted them day and night and their excuse was ? Our reservation department is closed ... what a joke. You’re telling me people at the front desk we spoked to 7 times can’t access your system? You heard right 7 times is how many times I called and nothing happened . What a joke of a hotel. Wouldn’t be surprised if they go out of business. Do yourselves a favor and book with hotels that at least have 4.5 stars cause only then will you have a good chance of getting decent service.

El Hotel Suizo de momento parmenece cerrado por temas sanitarios Covid...la cadena de hoteles de su propiedad te pasa al Hotel Colonial BCN de 4 estrellas a unos minutos de distancia...y en nuestro caso nos mantuvo las mismas condiciones de reserva...salimos encantados...a presto ciao

I travel to Barcelona from Miami 6 times a year. Due to GOVERNMENT imposed restrictions I was unable to travel. I could not cancel my reservation by December 13th because up until just a few days ago was when I had to meet the COVID testing requirements. I asked for a refund or a credit to use in my next trip, but the hotel adamantly denied both requests. A hotel that is unsympathetic to COVID-related dilemmas is clearly inacapable of offering the level of hospitality and personalized attention that I have come to expect as the norm in Barcelona.Moving forward I will continue to rely on two hotels that have always maintained an exemplary commitment to meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction: Room Mate Emma and Cram Hotel.Seek accommodations elsewhere if you would like to experience the truly welcoming nature that Barcelona is known for.Simply stated: avoid Suizo; instead, support businesses that are providing reasonable accommodations during this global crisis.Safe travels!!!

Bien ubicado y muy bonito. Hubo una confusion, llegue y tenia las camas separadas cuando pedi de matrimonio, y resulta que al pedir la de matrimonio no les quedaban mas. Ya habia pagado y todo. Por lo demas genial.

Very nice customer service and good location. Coming from America though the rooms do seem to be a bit lacking, however that is just the cultural difference. Good breakfast, clean rooms. Also just a heads up, many of the rooms advertised with balconies are subject to availability. We had to request a room change which was only possible because they had one room not booked with a balcony. Luckily they were able to accommodate it and everything went well.
