The Residence sits in a scenic position about just 1,5 km from the beach. The Residence Bellavista has a total of 7 apartments. The house is in a panoramic position above the bay of Manerba del Garda, in the centre of the town, near services such as bakery, a butcher shop, supermarket, and news-stand. It has a kidney-shaped swimming pool with loungers (open from April to end of September), a sun terrace and a small lawn with beach chairs. All the apartments are with LED TV-SAT FLAT 32 USB-HDMI Socket, heating and a safe. There is a living room with pull-out beds for 1 or 2 persons, kitchen, lake view terrace or balcony, a separate bedroom for 2 persons, shower/WC/Bidet and air conditioning. Free WiFi in the apartments and all the Residence. The Residence includes restaurant (open from May to September) and bar with lakeview terrace and a private parking lot unguarded.
