O hotel tem um prédio antigo, falta de manutenção e higiene, as escadas são estreitas, os quartos e banheiros são pequenos, os ar condicionados não estavam funcionando para 6 quartos para um grupo, todos estavam em mau estado com cheiro de mofo, eles fazem não tem água quente nos chuveiros como dizem. Apenas a equipe se preocupa em prestar um bom serviço. O proprietário às vezes estava lá e não dizia nada. Fiz a reserva direta em Ayenda e o hotel disse que eles deveriam resolver para mim e Ayenda que era o hotel. a localização é boa

A atenção dos funcionários do hotel muito boa, exceto pela questão do restaurante eles negam um copo de água porque de acordo com a pessoa no restaurante é proibido dar água, além disso o cardápio do café da manhã nunca varia duramos 3 dias e o três dias eles sempre ofereciam ovos mexidos. La atención del personal del hotel muy buena, exepto el tema del restaurante niegan un vaso de agua porque según la persona del restaurante está prohibido dar agua, adicional a eso el menú en el desayuno nunca varía duramos 3 días y los tres días siempre ofrecían huevo revuelto. Deben mejorar el varias el menú porque es canso. Por el resto de personal muy atentos

Tem uma boa localização, funcionários muito simpáticos, preço de acordo com o local, quarto perfeito, cama confortável, ar condicionado, smart tv, internet, bom café da manhã. Havia uma pequena geladeira no quarto para guardar bebidas, o quarto ficava no segundo andar e quase não havia água, seria bom se eles melhorassem isso.

Tiene buena ubicación, el personal muy amable, un precio acorde al lugar, habitación perfecta, cama cómoda, aire acondicionado, tv smart, internet, buen desayuno. Faltó una neverita en la habitación para guardar bebidas, la habitación era en el segundo piso y no llegaba casi agua, sería bueno que mejoraran eso.

Hotel muito aconchegante. Temos um quarto moderno, parece que estão reformando e no dia em que fazem o trabalho. As meninas da recepção muito simpáticas e prestativas, o quarto pequeno mas confortável. Hotel muy acogedor. Nos tocó una habitación moderna, se ve que están remodelando y en el día realizan los trabajos. Las chicas de recepción muy amables y serviciales, la habitación pequeña pero cómoda. Limpiaban todos los días, lo único es que no reemplazaban el kit de aseo, nada grave pero pueden tenerlo en recomendación. Very cozy hotel. We got a modern room, it looks like they are remodeling and on the day they do the work. The reception girls very friendly and helpful, the room small but comfortable. Perfect location in Bocagrande with affordable prices. Near to different stores to buy anything. Few blocks from Bocagrande beaches. Very safe place to walk anytime. Hotel staff are really kindy. American breakfast with fruit and eggs. In general, a good place to stay in Cartagena.
