Fiquei lá por 2 noites, a equipe foi muito simpática, o quarto era muito limpo, ótimos quartos, estava em uma área tranquila também.O estacionamento é gratuito, mas fica cheio bem rápido, pois divide vagas com o restaurante ao lado, mas não tive problemas.Definitivamente vou novamente.

O hotel estava bem, o quarto muito bom. O restaurante não era assim, a comida era boa, mas estava muito frio, as portas da frente estavam escancaradas, o que me disseram que deviam ser por avidez, mas duvido que houvesse algum aquecedor ligado. Estava tão frio que tive de ir vestir o casaco.

The hotel was fine, the room very good. The restaurant was not so, the food was good, but it was very cold, the front doors were wide open, which I am told they have to be due to covid, however I doubt there was any heating on. It was so cold that I had to go to put my coat on.

Stayed there for 2 nights, staff was very friendly, room was very clean, great rooms, was in a quiet area too.Carpark is free but gets full pretty quick as it shares spaces with the restaurant next to it, but i didn't have any problems.Will definitely be going again.

Bem, por onde começar! Em primeiro lugar, devo dizer que não podemos culpar a equipe. Nós se hospedaram no Premier Inn por anos em diferentes locais, e nunca teve problemas. Primeiramente, na chegada às 14h, horário que constava no e-mail de confirmação, fomos informados por meio de um pedaço de papel preso na parede que cheque eu não era até as 15h, chato, mas não achamos tão ruim como havíamos acabado de fazer uma jornada de 4 horas, então as pernas precisaram de alongamento. Nós devolvemos às 3pm para ser cumprimentado por uma fila enorme para ser informado que o quarto não estava realmente pronto até 4 !! Com 2 crianças a reboque, esta não foi a melhor notícia para colocá-la educadamente! De qualquer forma, saímos trotando mais uma vez e voltamos às 16h. O quarto que tínhamos anteriormente solicitado especialmente não tinha sido alocado e não havia nada que pudesse ser feito! Pegamos no queixo e seguimos para o nosso quarto, número 111. Bem, quanto tempo você tem ?! O lugar estava rançoso, caixilhos de janelas imundos, abajures quebrados, 'radiador' patético e apenas em mau estado geral e necessidade urgente de redecoração !! Por favor, mime-se com as fotos abaixo !! Escusado será dizer que aconselho vivamente não ficar neste 'hotel' e não voltarei !!

Well where to start! First of all I will say that we cannot fault the staff at all. We have stayed at Premier Inn's for years in different locations, and never had any problems. Firstly on arrival at 2pm, a time that was stated on the confirmation email, we were informed via a piece of paper stuck on the wall that check I wasn't until 3pm, annoying, but we thought not too bad as we had just done a 4hr journey so legs needed stretching. We returned at 3pm to be greeted by a huge queue to be informed that the room wasn't actually ready until 4!! With 2 kids in tow this wasn't the best news to put it politely! Anyway we trot off yet again and return at 4pm. The room we had previously specially requested hadn't been allocated and there was nothing that could be done! We took it on the chin and proceeded to go to our room, number 111. Well how long have you got?! The place was rancid, filthy window frames, broken lampshades, pathetic 'radiator' and just in general disrepair and urgent need of redecoration!! Please, treat yourself to the pictures below!!
Needless to say I would strongly advise against staying at this 'hotel' and will not be returning!!

Ótima localização. Caminhada fácil para Royal Yacht Britannia. 24 horas Asda perto. Mercado de peixes com ótimo restaurante e take-away por perto, juntamente com um Brewers Fayre. Paragem de autocarro (autocarro nº 10) fora para viagens de e para o centro da cidade de Edimburgo, que demora cerca de 25 minutos.

Great location. Easy walk to Royal Yacht Britannia. 24 hr Asda Close by. Fish market with great restaurant and takeaway close by along with a Brewers Fayre. Bus stop (No. 10 bus) outside for trips to and from Edinburgh City Centre which takes about 25 minutes.

Not the cleanest. Cobwebs about and hairs in the bath. Bed very creaky. Tea and coffee in room is, per most budget hotels in fairness, very poor. Very low prices. No frills which is fine. Staff all lovely to my knowledge. Disappointed/10

A equipe foi espetacular. Eu gostaria de ter pegado seus nomes, a senhora que nos registrou fez aniversário em 18/8, assim como eu. Ela foi acolhedora, deu às crianças desenhos e mapas, organizou balões e um banner em nossa sala. Estrela absoluta. Todos os outros membros da equipe com quem falamos também foram fantásticos, eles honestamente orgulharam a marca Premier Inn. O próprio hotel é Premier Inn padrão. Camas confortáveis, com preços razoáveis. Imaculadamente limpo.

The staff were SPECTACULAR. I wish I'd caught their names, the lady who checked us in had her birthday on 18/8, same as me. She was welcoming, gave the children colouring and maps, organised balloons and a banner in our room. Absolute star.
Every other member of staff we spoke to was fantastic too, they honestly did the Premier Inn brand proud.
The hotel itself is standard Premier Inn. Comfortable beds, reasonably priced. Immaculately clean.

Recomiendo Premier Inn sin dudarlo a cualquier viajero, pero este en concreto, tiene la pega de su ubicación. Aunque sobre el mapa parezca cerca de Edimburgo, está bastante alejado, y además se arman unos atascos importantes en las principales horas del día para llegar a la ciudad. El hotel está un poco viejín comparado con otros Premier Inn, limpieza correcta, muchos huéspedes de carretera que vienen sólo para pasar la noche. El parking no es que sea muy grande, el paseo alrededor del hotel es bonito, esta en pleno puerto de Leith, eso sí, con un buen abrigo porque sopla el viento un montón. Hay un supermercado Asda muy cerca.

Lugar absolutamente deslumbrante. As vistas sobre a água atrás do hotel são deslumbrantes. Hotel muito bom e você tem uma boa refeição no cais de Newhaven ao lado. Definitivamente recomendo. Parada por 1 noite no final do mês a caminho de Weymess Bay e já com reserva para 4 noites em fevereiro

Very comfortable and clean hotel. Asked for extra pillows as we only had two and it was no problem. The staff are amazing and we definitely recommend this hotel. Lots of great places to eat within 3 mins walk so don’t rush to the Brewers Fayre next to the Hotel. Buses right outside the Hotel take you into Edinburgh or Uber for around £13

Absolutely stunning place. The views across the water behind the hotel are stunning. Hotel very nice and you get a nice meal in the Newhaven quay next door. Definitely recommend. Stopping for 1 night at the end of the month on the way to Weymess Bay and already booked in for 4 nights in February

Um quarto Premier Inn de bom valor. Seria 5 estrelas, mas uma das camas fornecidas para as crianças não era tão confortável quanto as outras camas do quarto (acho que pode ter sido uma cama de acampamento). Caso contrário, tinha todas as instalações habituais e funcionários prestativos. Brewers Fayre ao lado era bom, mas o Starbank Inn a apenas uma curta caminhada até a estrada valeu a visita.

A good value Premier Inn room. Would be 5 stars but one of the beds supplied for the children was not quite as comfortable as the other beds in the room (think it may have been a camp bed). Otherwise had all the usual facilities and helpful staff. Brewers Fayre next door was fine but the Starbank Inn just a short walk up the road was worth the visit.
