I’m writing this review about 2 hours before I’m supposed to leave.
The hotel itself is fantastic. The rooms are very spacious, the restaurant is wonderful, and everything works and is clean. But what REALLY stands out in this hotel the staff. The staff is so attentive to their guests needs and ensure that you have access to everything you require.
The internet here is strong as well and I was able to work remotely for the duration of my stay with no interruptions. Video calls, emails, all of it works flawlessly. The staff even helped me find a COVID 19 provider to get me a test when I needed to schedule an immediate exit to the US.
The neighborhood is also very peaceful and quiet and near quite a few different centers for restaurants and nightlife (though I would recommend Uber or a taxi).
The only problem I really had was my key card kept deactivating but it was such a small thing it didn’t matter.
Wonderful stay, wonderful hotel.

Excellent Stay
First of all I make it clear … this review is not paid, also I’m not a person who loves to make reviews … but on occasions like this it is necessary. We stayed at NH collection WTC in Bogota for a week, believe me the Hotel is very well located close to everything in a very safe area of the city, also the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms also the breakfast are Terrific. Now what made our stay Amazing is the STAFF … every one of them made us feel at home. in fact they are the extra star of the hotel. I know I forget many of them, I just going to mention a few: Milena Pinzon, Edwin, Miguel Angel, Robinson, Adriana Mayorga, Jairo etc. Thanks to you, my family enjoyed a wonderful time. We will be back for sure. I recommend this Hotel 100%

Everything in the room was falling apart and dirty. They don't have any kind of carpet in the room, what could be a good thing if cleanliness was good, but dirty place with an annoying echo!
Some pics of what they call a 5 star hotel after I asked twice for a special cleaning up. That's after they actually performed twice the cleaning up... (Zoom in on the corners... It's disgusting!)

Stayed at this hotel just when they re-opened. Great area and great staff that went above and beyond with everything. Extremely helpful staff. I will definitely be returning to this hotel when my travels bring me back around.

O quarto é ok, mas o banheiro é ruim: cheiro ruim e ducha com pouca água e muita pressão, até machuca. E demora um tempão para esquentar. Comida do room service é sem graça e tem pouca opção. Estão em reforma até novembro. Pontos positivos: máquina de nespresso no quarto e bom café da manhã.

Si tienes que trabajar en esa zona el hotel está muy bien. Las habitaciones y el servicio son muy buenos, el bar y restaurante tal vez requieran una renovación porque no son especialmente agradables, pero lo compensa el servicio

Good hotel with good service. I like the proximity to Starbucks (main floor) and the Juan Valdez coffee shop. Easy walk to plenty of the good restaurants and Parque 93.
