I wanted to like this hotel. The staff are very courteous. They are helpful in many ways. Yet, we stayed 5 nights, housekeeping cleaned our room only once and on that one occasion they stole money hidden in our bag. Yes, we should have put it in the room safe but wow, what a disappointment!

The hotel is ok, even though it could use some maintenance, particularly the rooftop and the leather head of the beds which is old and worn down. DO NOT use the transport of the hotel, make yourself a favor and go with Uber, the drivers are rude, even when you pay in advance at the front desk they come up with hidden charges at arrival. Uber to airport is 20-30k, their transport 40 +20k in hidden charges.

Great stay! Located right across the street with restaurants, bars, and shopping. Staff is friendly, helpful, and speaks English. They provide a great service with official Covid testing at the hotel! That being said, rooms are quite noisy and the hotel could use a contemporary update.

Excelente atenção. Café da manhã era muito bom e opções diferentes. Porém tínhamos feito a reserva no NH Bohemian, mas estava fechado, eles foram transferidos para a coleção do NH. Tínhamos reservado uma cama de casal e uma cama de solteiro, mas quando fizemos a mudança de hotel eles só tinham duas camas de solteiro ou uma cama king size. É sempre bom ligar e verificar.

Excelente atención. El desayuno estuvo muy bueno y diferentes opciones. Sin embargo habíamos hecho la reserva en el NH Bohemian, pero estaba cerrado, los pasaron al NH collection. Habíamos reservado una cama doble y una sencilla, pero al hacer el cambio de hotel solo tenían o dos sencillas o una King. Siempre es bueno llamar y verificar.

Muy bien ubicado el hotel, buena seguridad y cuidados de bioseguridad, limpio, buena atención por parte del lobby, nos prestaron sombrilla durante la estancia para salir a caminar, habitaciones acogedoras y con un clima agradable. El gimnasio es lindo y con una bonita vista. El desayuno es rico.

A very nice hotel in the pink zone. Zona rosa, surrounded by shopping and restaurants. Room with king bed, refrigerator and safe. Nice view.

O hotel é bem localização próximo a zona T boas instalações, no meu caso não deu certo pois mesmo tendo avisado da chegada nós deram um apartamento cujo banheiro não funcionava e foi resolvido com bastante demora, portanto o hotel é bom, minha experiência foi ruim.

Well located, but crazy expensive!!! I didn't like the attention there, I would not come back there, it was my first visit to Bogota, I didn't know there are better options surrounding the area (hotels) with better price and quality... there are many options for shopping and restaurants... I was there with me family and one sister... you can find public transportation close, and also taxi availability... but this hotel is considerably far away from the airport of Bogota.
