Excellent! Satisfeitíssima, o hotel me surpreendeu, é moderno , impecável e com uma equipe solicita. Me disponibilizaram um quarto muito melhor do que imaginava, todo equipado, amplo, bonito, aconchegante, e com várias cortesias inesperadas. E ainda ao lado tem centro comercial enorme e super moderno, que vale a pena desfrutar na saída ou volta ao hotel.

Hemos estado este fin de semana alojados en el hotel Catalonia La Maquinista por primera vez. Muy buen hotel, servicio de restaurante y cafetería excelente. La comida y el desayuno variado y de muy buena calidad. Habitación muy limpia, cómoda que te hace sentir cómo en casa. Y en especial queríamos felicitar por su trato y amabilidad a Julia y Lucía, las señoritas de recepción que atendieron y nos facilitaron nuestra petición. Un personal de 10. Volveremos.

Está muy bien situado (pegado a un centro comercial abierto), en una zona de Barcelona tranquila. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, están bien iluminadas y equipadas con todo lo necesario, y el personal, completamente dispuesto, agradable y amable. Además, no tiene un precio desorbitado en absoluto. No se puede pedir más.

El hotel es muy bueno desde que entras a recepción amplia y luminosa, con un microondas que se puede utilizar libremente. Personal muy amable y la chica que me parece estaba en prácticas muy atenta y servicial siempre, muy buen trabajo 👍....Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas, a destacar el trabajo diario de limpieza, pueden felicitar al servicio de limpieza...(único detalle a mejora el gel y champu de ducha en habitación para dos es muy escaso)...La habitación es correcta, lugar tranquilo en las noches para descansar y caminan do muy poco esta el metro hacia plaza España...lo RECOMENDARE

Fantástico! Venimos con el equipo a Barcelona y recibimos un trato inmejorable. Las camas son muy cómodas, las habitaciones amplias y limpias, ideales para descansar. A hotel I like, very close to shopping mall la Maquinista.
Rooms are reasonably spacious, particularly like the chair that is in the room, nice and comfortable.
Breakfast is very good, with a fresh orange juice machine, which after having freshly squeezed orange juice everything else does not compare, also eggs cooked to your liking, be it scrambled, fried boiled or otherwise.
Dinner is a bit limited, but really everything on the menu, all be it limited is very good, my particular favourite is the pizza Catalonia. The mixed salad with tuna is very good also.
Forgot to mention, all staff super friendly, and helpfull, especially at breakfast.
Another thing I did like was the shower gel, eucalyptus and pepper mint, very refreshing and different.
There is only one negative, and not the hotel's fault, if you leave the window of the room open there is a good chance of a mosquito entering to he room

Visited whilst on business in Barcelona. Comfortable hotel. Super friendly staff. Rooms nice and clean. Considering the current restrictions with the virus, the hotel was very accommodating. Because restaurants are closed, we ended up relying on takeaway apps, which got a little boring however the hotel had a selection of room service food and beverages available - with many thanks to Julia for providing on a few different evenings.
Will happily stay again when I am next in town.

We were checked-in in a room with black mold on the wall and dripping condensation on the windows, also no electric kettle and ☕ machine.After we've made a complaint, the next day, we were moved to another room without mold on the walls, but there is still is dripping condensation on the windows, so it's just a matter of time. The new room has the electric kettle and coffee machine.On the plus side the bathroom and sheets are very clean. Also, the staff is nice and helpful

I booked a 5 night stay on this hotel. I was travelling with my wife and 3-year-old daughter. Although the hotel looks more business-oriented, the staff was more than happy to welcome us as a family. They were mega-nice to my daughter at all times, and overall made us feel really welcomed. Loli in the Kitchen helped us accommodate a few bits in the hotel fridge with no issues at all, and the fron desk staff was AMAZING. Always kind and with a big smile. Anna was always there for us. Great stay. The room was big and really tidy, the bed was big and comfortable and room service is outstanding. Everything was always clean. Spacious bathroom as well. I will 100% stay there again and would recommend it to anyone.

The rooms are spacious and clean and the daily room attendant on our floor is excellent and courteous. The breakfasts provided will cater for any taste and include scrambled eggs and bacon to go with your toast as well as a vast choice of cold cut meats, fruits, cereals, and baked goodies. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Myself and eleven of my family were moved here as our plane was cancelled. We were swiftly checked in and were very pleased with our rooms. One receptionistin particular was exceptional. Christina printed us out new boarding passes andall of our rooms for an extra night as we were delayed for three days. The hotel is very clean and has all room amenities you could possibly need. Thanks to all the staff for accommodating all of us at this stress full time

Have visited 3 years in a row on business from the UK and am impressed at how clean the hotel is. Never crowded, not noisy, with friendly staff. Breakfast is a little limited - there was no English tea, and the cooked breakfast aspect is lacking. But perfect for what we needed.
