We stayed at Grand Millennium hotel during 3 days (2 nights), first they gave us a room in a Smoking floor and didn't ask if it was ok for us, the apartment inside is old and it smelling musty. The lobby was smelling cigarette all day. I'm giving 2 star because the girl from reception and the Concierge guy were attention with me and my family, but the hotel it does not worth it, you have better options for a similar price.

I stayed in this hotel on 3-4 of May. As it was my birthday but unfortunately it ruined my whole expectations. I stayed before in this hotel that's why I chose it again. I checked in earlyas per checking you need pay 50% price additional for that. I agreed with that. In the beginning it was fine but there was no water in bathroom to shower whole day. I checked with the reception he said there is maintenance going on and could not be fixed soon. So I leftand checked out early. There is no point of staying in such hotel when thereis no water even to shower. It is very disappointing that is 5 star hotel.

This hotel charges 100AED to visit a family member visiting Dubai. They claim it’s a double occupancy policy. We were not even sleeping over. We live in Dubai for goodness sake! They even asked to cross check out IDs to make sure we are the real owners because we are blacks! The staffs were very rude!

Although the style and the decoration of the hotel is quite old-fashioned but the view and the taste of the food along with the care provided by waiters and waitresses makes it completely worth.

Good hotel good and the area around and in this hotel there are several clubs bars restaurants always busy and good atmosphere but some of the food in menu expensive little bit for example if u buy steak there price not less than 90 dollars but u can go near to this hotel a cafe taste steak with only 20 dollars and bigger also so u need to chose what u have from where u have
Good luck but as I say this hotel I already stayed 4 times each time not less than 5 days worth stay and good people who work there the best all of them from in to out but as again I’m saying u need to chose what best for you

Pase parte de la luna de miel en este hotel, las habitaciones súper grandes, súper cómodas y lujosas. El área de la oficina normal , el desayuno si fue terrible. Servicio de taxi muy bueno. El lobby del hotel hermoso y el personal muy atento
