The hotel is located 30 metres from the beach, 300 metres from the promenade, and within walking distance of nightclubs, bars, restaurants and various sporting, cultural and leisure activities. There is a bus station approximately 3 km away and it is 15 minutes from the airport. The beach hotel is already about 30 years old and was renovated in 2010. It has a total of 41 rooms. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. There is a hotel safe, lift access, a cloakroom, wireless Internet access, a currency exchange, room service and a laundry service on offer. Guests can dine in the cafe, bar, pub or restaurant. There is also a hairdressing salon on the premises. The hotel rooms have air conditioning, a ceiling fan, satellite/cable TV, a telephone, safety box and Internet access.
