Buen hotel y buena ubicación, parking cubierto con dos puntos de carga de coche eléctrico donde pude cargar mi coche , aceptan mascotas con suplemento por estancia , estas condicionesme animaronmucho a elegir este hotel y a seguir buscando como primera opción a NH hoteles , las recepcionistas muy amables , calidad precio muy buenas , habitaciones muy amplias , muy recomendable el hotel , por dar un pero diríaque me pareció un poco justa la limpieza , un poco limpieza por encima , como se sele decir por donde pasa la suegra.

Hotel práctico para pernoctar por la zona. Habitación espaciosa y tranquila. Limpia en general. Ubicado junto a una zona industrial y un centro comercial. Sin ningún tipo de actividad turística cercana que puedas desplazarte andando.

El aire acondicionado no echa absolutamente nada, una calor increíble en la habitación. Llamo a recepción y me dice que lo apague que se ira refrigerando solo, pero nada. 68€ la noche para dormir mal, pasando calor.La papelera tiene un cartón de tabaco y colillas, por lo que no ha sido cambiada.

El peor hotel en el que he estado nunca. Puertas que te dejan encerrado sin manera de abrir, ventanas que están TODAS atascadas. Además del precio desorbitado para estas condiciones tan pésimas, de las que son conscientes y no muestran ninguna iniciativa para solucionarlo. La recepcionista no ayuda en nada. Una vergüenza de sitio.

Muy buena opción para estar aislado del núcleo urbano. Estuvimos muy bien atendidos en todo momento. Descanso óptimo en las habitaciones. Atención cercana y profesional. Las comidas estaban ricas.

La habitación está muy bien pero el buffet es caro para lo que hay , no tenían aire frío en la ventilación y hacía mucho calor . Para terminar la ventana no se abría y tuvieron que venir a las 2 de la mañana con una palanca para poder abrirla .

Un hotel bien situado con amplias habitaciones. La limpieza buena . La atención es muy profesional. Cuenta con aparcamiento con un coste de 13 por día pero amplio sin peligro de roces.Hay un gran dentro comercial a 300 metros.

Great business hotel with a very favourable pricing. Many other useful businesses are around. There is only one thing to complain, not enough power outlets in the room, no power in the bathroom for the saver!!! No tissues in the not fully cleaned public toilet. That costs the fifths star.

The hotel is clean, comfy and it is good value for money. But I think it has the worst Internet speed I have ever had in a very long time. Taking into account how cheap internet services are nowadays, it makes no sense to provide such terrible internet service in a high range hotel oriented for business travellers. If you go to a cheap hostel you would get better internet speed.Working staff and other services are quite good.

Rooms are ok but the room service menu is a joke, not only is there no vegan option but the only vegetarian option is a juice?! Also another thing, when you check in you have to sign 2 real pieces of paper that are half empty, it’s a waste of paper this could be done way more modern with a signature on an iPad or something like that.

The rooms are clean and the beds are good. Staff is nice amd helpfull! There is the smoke detector which makes noise and too much light while sleeping. There is no sound proofing from the corridor to the rooms, so youll always ear people enter in and out of rooms. Therefore i estimate overall the hotel is ok, but does not deserve, at my point of view, the 4th star.

Reception service level is high, very friendly and helpful, but rooms are a little bit tiered. Also breakfast quality is little bit less like other NH Hotels. Location is super for Gibraltar guests and for Tarifa beaches (visited with car).

Dear management,Nice hotel and good staff. We paid only 55 euro per night(low season) for room 108 but two items: - the floor near the window need some attention. - on a warm day in December the rooms get hot as well, and the air conditioner is turned off from the hotel. It remains +23 degrees in the room with window open. Not comfortable to sleep.

Good looking hotel, but not enough choices for a meal which is usually dinner. Menu should be extended. Prices are higher than other nearby restaurants but have in mind it's a hotel.Overall, it's a great place to stay but if you want to go to the coast there are more affordable accommodations closer to the coast which are not as great as the hotel but it only depends how much money are you willing to spend on your travel / holiday.Rooms are big and comfortable, bathroom is clean and modernly designed and service is great. Also, staff at the counter and in the restaurant is very pleasant and friendly so if you need anything they will help you.Definitely a good place if you travel for business purposes and if you have you're expenses covered or you want your vacation at it's finest.
