Outstanding - blew my expectations out of the water. Customer service from ALL staff is top notch. I mentioned to my wife this evening about how pleasant every one of the staff have been - whether it is the concierge, front desk, room service, groundkeeping staff, security, etc. We had an initial issue with the noise coming from a neighboring room very late at night (at no fault of the resort) and the front desk found us a new room the next morning. All four of the restaurants on site have an excellent selection of food and knowledgeable staff. The beaches are great, snorkeling is amazing, and the staff are able to provide honest recommendations to our questions about off-site activities. Borrow one of their complimentary Trek bicycles and take the short ride into town for the day. We will definitely be back.

This is by far one of the Best Resorts we have stayed at. Top Quality Everything from the remodeled rooms with amazing decor to the 4 restaurants on site, delicious food everywhere and service outstanding! We loved the snorkeling literally from outside our room, so clear. The beach is not very big but not really needed. The cabanas top notch. They pay attention to every single detail. Their employees are long term very proud of working for Intercontinental and really care for customers. We went to a tour of El Cielo and the boat picked us up at the restaurant pier! We loved it, went for Labor Day weekend and can't wait to return. We recently became IHG Premier members and were upgraded to luxury rooms. Loved loved loved Everything about this Beautiful Property. The grounds spectacular and meticulously maintained. All natural plants. Still daydreaming about our long weekend here and how we wished it would have lasted longer!

We made a last night decision to stay over from the main land. Pulled into the resort, booked a room and they were great, very accommodating. Food was great, drinks were top notice and the service was very friendly. Atmosphere and cleanliness definitely 5 stars. We’ve traveled to the island a lot and for Cozumel, this is one of the best places on the island.

Grand entrance, friendly hardworking staff, well-manicured beach, resort is kept very clean, expansive ocean views, good food and attentive wait staff. The staff really make a difference at this hotel, and were consistently good throughout. Lots of nice decor and lighting details around the hotel. The maintenance staff are often in evidence keeping things looking great. Breakfast buffet was good, but hampered by Covid restrictions that slowed down the lineup, and pastries were not fresh. Snorkeling in crystal clear waters right in front of the hotel was a highlight, and the snorkel gear we rented was in good shape. The spa was beautifully designed and had a restful atmosphere, and I enjoyed the tranquil pools, but the prices for services were too high for me to partake of massages. Overall, a beautiful and memorable stay.

We were there through hurricane Delta. We felt perfectly safe there. Patrick and his staff were wonderful and took care of every possible detail. They all went out of their way. I don’t think the service would have been better anywhere else on the island. We felt fortunate that we chose the Presidente. Our friends that stayed at the Palace didn’t fare so well. They were forced to leave the island and had such a horrible experience that they ended up going home and having no vacation. The Presidente worked very hard very quickly to get everything back to normal and have us in our rooms the very next morning. We would gladly stay there again. Thank you! Robin and Tony
