Experiência única. Recomendo uma volta pelo hotel admirando as obras de arte, decoração e usufruindo do conforto dos espaços. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Europeu.

Very happy with my stay here, rooms were spacious and clean.I cannot fault breakfast and if you can get a space at the rooftop bar, there is a great view of the city!

Room was nice with a view of The square. Was a little noisy from outside. Beds and pillows could do with updating. Bed was sagging and pillows were lumpy
Good location. Public transport everywhere. Food and drink. Walkable to some sites
restaurants close by or public transport closer by to explore food in other areas
Rooftop bar was quite pricey for the area and what you get. Food was nice but not great. Steak sandwich was a huge letdown (undersized chewy piece of steak and that was it in it). drinks were nice

The staff made our entire stay excellent. The staff from reception was so friendly and helpful and really welcoming. Then there was the staff at the breakfast it felt like we came in as strangers and left as friends. Everyone was so nice and friendly and really services minded. Also the Barman in the bar, when we arrived earlier then check in time the room was not ready yet so we wanted to get some food in the bar but the kitchen was still closed. But the barman was so very friendly and sweet and brought us cookies and dried fruit and nuts.
The room was very nice and spacious and the bed was comfy and the view was very pretty!
The only thing that was a little less perfect was that the window was not really sound proof so we could here everything from the streets like car alarms sirens and people on the square across the street.
We would love to stay here again and the staff deserves a raise ! Location also very good !

Room was clean and water is hot with good enough water pressure. Bed was comfortable. Morning breakfast is not very good, so we went out most days for a coffee and pastry — even better to see the city waking up.
Location is very good to get to different points within the city, so no complaints.
Only issue is wifi. Good enough for email, but if you want to stream a video or have a Zoom meeting, forget it.
Any work-related meetings need to be done by phone — don’t even attempt zoom.

PONTOS POSITIVOS: Acomodações excelentes. Ambiente requintado. Localização central boa. Café da manhã bom. O Bar mirante no 9o. andar é maravilhoso e oferece uma vista incrível do centro, casarios e o Castelo de São Jorge em Lisboa. PONTOS NEGATIVOS: 1) Suites possuem banheiras que sãoperigosas para terceira idade ou para quem possui limitações físicas. 2) No café da manhã, o Serviço de recolhimento dos pratos é péssimo. Os garçons se preocupam com outros afazeres e deixam os pratos usados se acumularem na mesa que o hóspede está usando. Nota zero!☹☹☹ O chefe do restaurante parece não fiscalizar a equipe direito. 3) Os portugueses passaram péssima impressão de receptividade, são muito sisudos, pouco receptivos e pouco amistosos para com brasileiros. Não sei avaliar quanto a outras nacionalidades.

Hotel situado en una zona privilegiada del centro de Lisboa. Nuestra experiencia fue inmejorable. Al llegar nos dijeron que no había habitación cuádruple y nos dieron una suite en la última planta, con una gran terraza y unas vistas espectaculares. Desayuno tipo buffete muy completo.Limpieza correcta. Personal muy amable. Hay un supermercado debajo que te soluciona cualquier apuro, sobre todo yendo con niños.

Ubicación perfecta para moverte por Lisboa. El desayuno es muy correcto. Variedad y comedor muy amplio. La habitación amplia con sofá cama pero destacar que el colchón de la cama es bastante duro y el sofá cama es muy malo con casi un colchón inexistente.

Hotel muy céntrico, las habitaciones amplias y cómodas, el servicio muy atento. El restaurante Varanda, buen servicio y mejor calidad. Arriba del hotel hay una terraza con unas vistas de la ciudad espectaculares, acceso solo para clientes del hotel.

Una grata sorpresa, la verdad me sorprendió la amabilidad y la disposición a los clientes, de todos los que he estado, este a sido din duda el mejor. Como siempre hay que opinar para mejorar, creo que el parking deberían de gestionarlo un poco mejor. Respecto a las habitaciones no tengo ninguna pega, dormíamos muy bien y eso que estábamos del lado de la calle. Seguir así y volveremos.

É um hotel relativamente antigo da baixa de Lisboa. Foi renovado e ampliadopenso nos anos 90 do século passado. Tinha um dos melhores restaurantes de hotéis de Portugal, neste momento não sei. Tem um café bar a seguir ao hall bastante agradável, simpático e normalmente com pouca gente.

Ridiculo. Um restaurante que serve comida que nem aos cães se dá. Um arroz de pato cujo pato estava sequissimo e o arroz espaçado. Alternativa: 2 ovos estrelados... Sem sal e completamente solidificados pela excesso de tempo. O chefe de cozinha que de certeza tinha como profissão servente de pedreiro devia ser condenado a comer o que cozinha. Pessoal educado. Chefe ridículo. Preço: 25 euros Os 2 ovos estrelados mais caros do mundo.

Lovely hotel with helpful smiling staff. Great breakfasts, organized buffet with eggs, various breads, meats and cheeses. Pots of hot coffee and hot milk at each table for refills. Rooftop bar with amazing views of the city! Located close to shopping, food tours, and sights. Arranged a driver to the airport when we left.

Muy contentos con el trato recibido en el hotel. Personal muy amable y atento. Íbamos con un bebé y una niña de tres años y nos han ayudado en todo lo que hemos necesitado. El desayuno bien y las cenas en el restaurante muy ricas (íbamos con media pensión). Muy recomendable.

Las habitaciones que dan a la calle son bastante ruidosas. Debería tener doble ventana. Es amplia y limpia. Son quizás un poco anticuadas. La ubicación es perfecta. El desayuno es bastante aceptable pero un poco justo, esperaba algo mejor por las 4 estrellas del hotel. El trato del personal es muy amable y atento.

A very nice hotel with nice location and rooftop. Friendly staff. Just the rooms facing the square could be a bit noisy at night time. But overall this was an awesome place to stay especially due to it's location.
