Hotel Brummell is a 20-room boutique hotel located a few steps from the Miró Foundation and The Grec theatre. Guests will benefit from free and unlimited yoga classes. A running club for both guests and locals is organized regularly. The hotel features an outdoor pool a garden and a sauna. T-training and boxing session are hosted at the well-being center The Garage by Veronica Blume. All rooms boast modern furniture and artwork by young European designers. Each one is equipped with a safe coffee and tea facilities and a yoga mat. The private bathroom has a rain shower a high-powered hairdryer and free toiletries by Malin & Goetz. Suites have a private furnished terrace with an outdoor bath. The on-site restaurant Brummell Kitchen offers breakfast with homemade granola local products and fresh juices; specialty coffee and brunch are available on Saturdays and Sundays; as well as a Honesty Bar self service with a selection of drinks tasty snacks and other delights. Hotel Brummell is just a 15-minute walk from La Rambla and the closest metro station is Parallel Metro Station 250 m away. For guests who wish to explore the sights of Barcelona Montjuïc is known for its parks and gardens and is 2 km from the property. There is free WiFi available throughout.

We had booked a pool view standard double room here for our honeymoon in March. Although they claim to be situated at a walking distance from the Las Ramblas street it is quite a stretch of the imagination and it used to take us 20-30minutes to walk there. The only saving grace was that the Paral-lel metro station was just 5mins away so it was easy to navigate. The size of the room was appallingly small. When we requested star hotel. It rather felt like a hostel. Maybe it's a part and parcel of the hip and eco friendly image they try to cultivate but it's not something you expect at the exorbitant rates they charge. Another thing we found very strange was the fact that in the so called breakfast buffet the variety was dismally limited and they had a laughable policy of only serving one egg per person and that too in their set preparation styles-scrambled, fried or poached (we requested the humble omlette which they refused). They describe themselves as "hip and trendy" but I'll be the judge of that! I would simply advise potential tourists that there are much better places to stay at in Barcelona. Strictly ok... nothing particularly memorable!

This hotel was a delight from check in to check out, all of the staff provided a level of service I've not experienced before, so friendly, helpful and professional. The room was spotless and comfortable, the sauna was a delight and the terrace great for a lazy afternoon. Even managed to take advantage of one of the free yoga classes, it was wonderful! The building itself is also so beautifully designed. I couldn't imagine ever needing to stay anywhere else in Barcelona.

So... Clean, modern hotel. Very friendly staff. We were lacking for nothing. But... let's get one thing straight. The rooms are small. But everything you need is there. Modern bathroom with heated floor. Rainfall shower. Great water temperature. Did i mention clean? Great location. Just turn left out if the door and go. You will pass everything you might want coffee shops, small grocery stores... all without verring off course. Good luck on your possible upcoming adventure. :)

Amazing boutique design hotel for the new generation of world class services. The hotel is modern, with onsite terrace and pool, sunny courtyard and perfect little shop selling local products. The staff is the most friendly team full of wonderful recommendations. Highly recommended!
