Beautiful Hotel! Amazing Views! But the staff is what makes this place so special! Everyone there was beyond welcoming and genuinely tried to give us the best experience possible!!
O hotel está localizado na praia. Não há praia, mas não é necessário. Os quartos são simples, mas bem decorados. Café da manhã até 11h30) Barulhento no restaurante de manhã no café da manhã. El hotel está situado en la playa. No hay playa, pero no es necesaria. Las habitaciones son sencillas pero bien decoradas. Chocante hotel !!! Muito bom hotel, sem dúvida, mas o serviço .. é melhor tirar os pés e fugir e eu ainda sou gentil. O serviço é chocante, o café da manhã é terrível, os funcionários tentam sobrepor tudo e não cumprem os pedidos. E a comida com insetos. NIS 800 por noite é uma pena.
O lugar é agradável e a equipe se esforça. Há um buffet de café da manhã que as pessoas estão constantemente indo sem máscaras e, em um caso, até TOCANDO A COMIDA! Reclamamos e nos disseram que ele era o BIG BOSS e sua esposa. Isso certamente prejudica a experiência.

The place is nice and the staff try hard. There is a buffet breakfast that people are constantly going to without masks and in one instance even TOUCHING THE FOOD! We complained and were told he was the BIG BOSS and his wife. This certainly detracts from the experience.
Meu namorado e eu moramos na Ilha, mas fomos comemorar nosso aniversário no restaurante Xul-ha e foi além de maravilhoso. Equipe muito simpática e atenciosa, excelente comida excelente e bebidas. Se você está hospedado na ilha ou já mora aqui, eu definitivamente recomendo que experimente!
Mi novio y yo vivimos en la isla, pero fuimos a celebrar nuestro aniversario en su restaurante Xul-ha y fue más que maravilloso. Personal muy amable y atento, excelente comida y bebidas. Si te vas a quedar en la isla o ya vives aquí, ¡definitivamente recomendaría probarlo!
My boyfriend and I live on the Island but went to celebrate our anniversary at their restaurant Xul-ha and it was beyond wonderful. Very friendly and attentive staff, great great food and drinks. If you're staying on the island or already live here, I would definitely recommend giving it a try!

Então, se eu escrever uma boa avaliação, isso significa que foi realmente muito bom.Nós estivemos em muitos hotéis diferentes em nossa jornada em Mexiko e este hotel foi o melhor hotel em que ficamos. Infelizmente, ficamos apenas 2 noites, mas da próxima vez, definitivamente ficaremos mais tempo. É altamente recomendável reservar um quarto com vista para o mar, vale a pena. Melhor vista que já vi até agora. Recebemos uma recepção muito boa da Diana na recepção e ela nos ofereceu um smoothie muito saboroso com uma toalha fria para esfriar. Soy delicado Entonces, si escribo una buena reseña, esto significa que fue realmente bueno.Hemos estado en muchos hoteles diferentes en nuestro viaje a Mexiko y este hotel fue el mejor hotel en el que nos alojamos. Desafortunadamente, nos quedamos solo 2 noches, pero la próxima vez definitivamente nos quedaremos más tiempo. Recomendamos encarecidamente reservar una habitación con vistas al mar, merece la pena. La mejor vista que he visto hasta ahora. La Diana nos recibió muy bien en la recepción y nos ofreció un batido muy sabroso con una toalla fría para refrescarnos. Jesús nos ayudó con el equipaje y fue muy amable y divertido. Todo el personal del hotel era amable y cómo quieres tenerlo en un hotel. Nos sentimos muy bien con todo el entorno. Highly recommended !! I can't understand how this hotel has some bad reviews. It certainly doesn't deserve that ! For all the review readers. I'm delicate. So if I write a good review this means it was really really good. We have been to a lot of different hotels in our journey in Mexiko and this hotel was the best hotel we stayed. Unfortunately we stayed only 2 nights but next time we definitely stay longer. We highly recommend to book a room with sea view, it‘s worth it. Best view I've seen so far. We‘ve got a really nice welcome from the Diana from the reception and she offered us a really tasty smoothie with a cold towel to cool down. Jesus helped us with the baggage and was really kind and funny. The whole staff in the hotel were friendly and how you want to have it in a hotel. We felt really well with all the surrounding. The food, the rooms, the staff and how clean it was. We will definitely come back. Thanks for this days.
No geral, não foi uma ótima experiência porque não pudemos fazer o check-in antes das 6:30. Porém, Fabian e Carlos (restaurante) e Jesus (bolsas) foram todos incríveis !!! Se eu avaliasse minha experiência com base apenas neles, seria de 5 estrelas. A maioria do pessoal era bom.Talvez eles estivessem com falta de mão de obra, eles simplesmente não conseguiram nos levar para o nosso quarto. E enquanto esperávamos, fomos encaminhados para o restaurante e bar. Era o início da noite de domingo. Disseram-nos para nos sentarmos e sentarmos à mesa por mais de 15 minutos sem água e não fomos reconhecidos. Eu me levantei e pedi água, e a mulher disse para sentar e alguém cuidaria de mim. Ela então se virou de costas para mim novamente e retomou sua conversa (ela estava a 3 metros de nossa mesa). Esperei mais 5 minutos e ela apenas ficou ali e não fez nada para nos conseguir água ou serviço. Depois do almoço, voltamos e nosso quarto ainda não estava pronto. Para nos trocarmos, tínhamos que desempacotar nossas roupas íntimas, etc. no saguão e ir ao banheiro público no andar de baixo. Nós finalmente fizemos isso porque não havia nenhum lugar coberto para esperar pelo quarto, então precisávamos entrar na piscina para escapar do calor.Esperamos por mais algumas horas e pedimos bebidas que não foram por acaso. A comida também não foi combinada, mas ninguém nos serviu, então isso não é relevante.Finalmente, eles adicionaram uma hora mais tarde ao nosso horário de checkout. Perdemos 2,5 horas, então ainda é uma hora e meia que pagamos, durante a qual não podíamos usar o quarto.Eu não estou bravo com nenhum trabalhador em particular, já que eles estavam trabalhando duro (exceto uma senhora no restaurante). Food was hit or miss. Wifi was bad. Room was full of bugs. Views were great. I would not stay here again.
Overall not great experience because we couldn’t check in until 6:30.However, Fabian and Carlos (restaurant)and Jesus (bags) were all incredible!!!If i were to rate my experience based solely upon them, it would be 5 stars.The majority of the staff was good.Maybe they were short handed, they just couldn’t get us into our room.And while we waited, we were directed towards the restaurant and bar.This was early sunday evening.We were told to seat ourselvesand sat at the table for 15+ minutes with no water and weren’t acknowledged.I got up and asked for water, and the woman said to sit back down and someone would take care of me.She then turned her back to me again and resumed her conversation (she was 10 feet from our table).I waited another 5 minutes and she just stood right there and didn’t do anything to get us water or service.We got up and caught a cab out to get lunch elsewhere.During all of this, we had to leave our bags in the lobby and were stuck in our airplane clothing.After lunch, we came back and our room still wasn’t ready.In order to change, we had to unpack our underwear, etc in the lobby and go to the public bathroom downstairs.We eventually did this because there was no indoor place to wait for the room so we needed to get into the pool to escape the heat.We waited for another couple of hours and ordered drinks that were not comped.Food wasn’t comped either but nobody served us so that’s not relevant.Finally, they added an hour later to our checkout time.We lost 2.5 hours, so that’s still an hour and a half we paid for during which we couldn’t use the room.I’m not mad at any particular worker as they were mostly working hard (minus the one lady at the restaurant).Just think the circumstances were bad.
Eu nunca tive uma experiência de hotel tão desastrosa quanto esta. Carcaça de insetos dentro da cama. Comida terrivelmente nojenta. Mojitas recheadas com casca de limão. Enganado pela empresa Jeep que eles contratam (Tropical Rentals / Paraiso Rentals) com garçons incompetentes, Carlos (garçons) batendo na porta em vez de ligar para o quarto depois das 22h esperando que eu estivesse grogue o suficiente para assinar qualquer papel que ele estivesse me apresentando . Etc. O meu maior problema foi a incompetência dos garçons. Falei com o gerente do Food Service (macho condescendente) e Marisol e nenhum dos dois teve explicação para ele bater na porta à noite. Eles reconhecem a necessidade de treinar novamente sua equipe, mas me ofereceram apenas um desconto local para uma viagem de volta que seria um tolo em fazer. Evitar.
El hotel está divino, pero la organización y la administración está muy mal, terminada pagando de más.
Recomiendo 100%. El precio no es economico pero muy vale la pena. Solo te incluye desayuno en el hospedaje, no cuenta transporte al terminal de muelle o aeropuerto, no tienen gimnasio, solo tienen clase de yoga los martes, jueves y sabado. Hotel B y B unique son practicamente mismos. Solo esta seperado edificio de habitacion. Area comun como alberca y restaurante, se comparten. Equipo trabajo del hotel son muy muy amables. repcecionistas del dia y noche, equipo del restaurantes y bar, hasta persona de spa todos son muy amable y cualquier duda, te aclaran muy bien. Instalacion es muy limpia y bonito. la vista desde hotel hacia mar, es increible. Definitivamente volveria de nuevo a este hotel sin dudar.
I’ve never had a hotel experience as disastrous as this one. Bug casing inside the bed. Horribly disgusting food. Mojitas filled with the rind of limes. Scammed by the Jeep company they contract (Tropical Rentals/Paraiso Rentals) with, incompetent waitstaff, Carlos (waitstaff) knocking on the door as opposed to calling the room after 10pm hoping I’d be groggy enough to sign whatever slip he was presenting me. Etc. Mybiggest issue was the waitstaff incompetence. I spoke with the Food service manager (condescending macho man) and Marisol and neither had an explanation for him knocking on the door at night. They acknowledge the need to retrain their staff but I was only offered a local discount for a return trip I’d be a fool to make. Avoid.
Este hotel é incrível. Chegamos a Cozumel horas antes do furacão Zeta. O hotel em que "deveríamos" ficar fechou as portas e não notificou os hóspedes de que o hotel estava fechando. Estávamos presos sem ter para onde ir. Acabamos indo para o Hotel B Unique porque ficava na mesma rua e ainda estava aberto. O Hotel B literalmente nos resgatou. Gaby o funcionário da recepção foi extremamente útil. Ela nos deu um quarto e nos trouxe comida antes que a cozinha fosse fechada devido ao furacão. A equipe estava correndo para garantir que todos os convidados estivessem bem antes de o furacão chegar. Embora o Hotel B Unique estivesse em modo de abrigo de emergência, o hotel superou nossas expectativas. O quarto era bonito e limpo. A comida foi trazida para o nosso quarto muito rápido e foi delicioso. Tínhamos energia e internet a maior parte da noite, mas assim que o furacão nos atingiu, perdemos energia por cerca de 2 horas. Os funcionários saíram cedo, limpando e preparando o hotel antes de o sol raiar. Nosso café da manhã também foi muito saboroso. Em suma, a dedicação ao serviço no Hotel B foi extraordinária. Estamos cancelando nossa reserva no "outro" hotel e nos hospedando no Hotel B Cozumel o restante de nossa estadia.

This hotel is amazing. We arrived at Cozumel hours before Hurricane Zeta hit. The hotel we were ‘supposed’ to stay at boarded up it’s doors and failed to notify guests that the hotel was closing. We were stranded with no where to go. We ended up going to Hotel B Unique because it was down the street and it was still open. Hotel B literally rescued us. Gaby the front desk employee was extremely helpful. She gave us a room and got us food before the kitchen was closed due to the hurricane. The staff was running around making that all the guests were okay before the hurricane hit. Even though Hotel B Unique was in emergency shelter mode, the hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was beautiful and clean. The food was brought to our room really quick and it was delicious. We had power and internet most of the night, but once the hurricane hit we lost power for a about 2 hours. The employees were out early cleaning and getting the hotel ready before the sun came up. Our breakfast was also very tasty. All in all the dedication to service at the Hotel B was extraordinary. We are canceling our reservation at the ‘other’ hotel and staying here at the Hotel B Cozumel the remainder of our stay.
Vistas extraordinarias, ideal para romantiquear, buen servicio y muy cómodo . Creo que deberían incluir en el precio los kayacs, snorkel y aletas; se disfrutaría mejor y no estar esperando a la gente que los alquila...
We were in the Junior suite for four nights at the beginning of January 2020. The room was really pretty, it has an ocean view and a bathtub. The room was clean everyday. The amenities are great, there is a beautiful infinity pool, there are four different entrances to the ocean (ladders and deck), and snorkeling in this area is amazing. The hotel offered different diving experience including snorkeling equipment rental, and scuba diving tours. All compliments to the chef for great food, really high quality and great flavors. Both lunch and dinner were really rich and have many options. The included breakfast is nice and satisfied. Dinning experience was excellent especially thanks to the restaurant staff in general and Alejandro garduza and Marcos in particular. They were extremely kind and gave us the best service. They were both very nice and helpful, attentive and in a good mood. The good experience we had was interrupted by an unfortunate incident with our room. We advise you to double check the room you received. We booked the Jr. Suite with ocean view and a bathtub 6 months in advance. When we checked in, we were told that our room is Jr. Suite and they gave us the room number. A receptionist took us to our room and we settled in. After a couple of hours we realized that the room missed some features, for example, a bathtub. We went back to the reception and asked about our reservation and current room. They told us that we are in the Ocean View Suite, and not in the Jr. Suite, although our reservation was for Jr. Suite. The shift manager, told us that the suite we booked (6 months in advance!) is not available for the first night because they overbooked it. We were shocked. The shift manager offered us a refund for the difference in the price of the first night, but we felt that we were deceived and mislead on purpose. A mistake was happened, and someone tried to wipe it under the carpet. We requested a full refund for the first night, because we received something that we didn't want, in addition to their attempt to slide it (with a lie). After talking to the hotel manager in our last day, we got a full refund for the first day. Unfortunately, we had to deal with it during our stay, until the last day. The hotel manager was kind and helpful. Other than this incident, the hotel is amazing and very enjoyable to stay in. There are some activities along the day (yoga, dj etc.), and the staff is very kind and helpful.
