One of my favorite Hotels in Barcelona. Great Location, nice rooms, comfortable bed, friendly stuff, good breakfast, parking/garage, nice roof top and swimming pool. Unfortunately there's a very small fitness room which is pretty over heated. I can totally recommend it.

We stayed for 5 nights while in Barcelona and it was lovely! Features: soft beds, amazing array of high quality toiletries, complimentary cava, access to buses and the Metro. We had a balcony overlooking the main street which we enjoyed on the days it wasn't raining. Overall a great value for the money! We would stay here again if we come back to visit.

Really lovely hotel, the welcome was fantastic. Lovely glass of cava whilst we checked in. The reception team were smiley and polite. The room we had was quite spacious and had a nice bathroom. I had messaged the hotel before we arrived and they responded really quickly with information for us. We were also very touched by a kind gesture for our honeymoon which was brilliant. Room was clean and had lots of soundproofing which was welcome. The hotel offered a great breakfast full of different selections, drinks and was all well stocked. We didn’t use the spa facilities as we were exploring but we were tempted! The pool top bar was not open when we visited but the terrace is lovely and imagine it to be a sun trap in the summer months. The hotel was a perfect position for us to walk to all the sights we wanted to explore, the beach, the port, la ramblas, Parc Guell, sagrada familia, Olympic park, botanic gardens, aquarium and is surrounded by restaurants and bars so you can take your pick. Reception also arranged our transport to the airport kindly too. All in all an excellent and memorable trip as part of our honeymoon. Thank you!

Habitación funcional y con balcón exterior (lo pedimos en la reserva). Desayuno perfecto y personal amable. El único defecto, el parking no incluido en el precio de la habitación, pero razonable para estar en el centro de Barcelona.

Desayuno espectacular. Las habitaciones son acogedoras. La rampa del párking tiene una curva en pendiente que puede resultar complicada dependiendo del vehículo. La ubicación del hotel es muy céntrica, sin embargo en las habitaciones interiores no hay ningún ruido del tráfico. Por último el personal es muy atento y amable.

Después de haber pasado una semana ahí puedo decir que todo perfecto ,desde el primer minuto que nos recibió Aleix en recepción que fue súper atento y nos explicó todo súper bien al igual que Andrea que cada duda que teníamos nos ayudaba siempre muy amablemente. La habitación estaba muy bien ,muy calentita, la cama muy comoda,el baño bastante amplio. El desayuno muy variado y bueno y todos los trabajadores muy atentos,sobre todo Carlos que el primer día nos lo explicó todo muy bien. En el bar donde tomamos un cóctel,buenísimo por cierto,nos atendieron Isa y Lungani que son muy amables y simpáticos. Y como no las chicas de la limpieza que también siempre tienen una sonrisa. El hotel está muy bien situado ya que hemos ido caminando a la mayoría de los sitios.

The employees were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Rooms get cleaned everyday.However some of our personal items have disappeared from our room, whilst we were at the rooftop of H10. We were told that they would get back to us, but still no response to this day. Therefore giving this hotel a 2-star rating as we had high expectations for a 4-star hotel.

Room booked with Secret Escape. They upgraded the room to Deluxe, however it was not very roomy. Nothing to put soap or shampoo in the shower, no Minibar. Breakfast is good but pretty basic, especially in the sweet department. There are gluten free and lighter options. The location is super, well connected but far from chaos. The bed was super comfy, we had a cute balcony and a nice view.
Ps: the pool on the roof is not really a pool, rather a pond. But I guess when the heat is through the roof it must be refreshing.

Disappointed. 3* hotel with a select few 4* standard rooms. Service was good. Really good location however Rooms are deceiving on the website and 3rd party websites. Room was clean. We arrived early morning from Sevilla, staff stored our bags and said we’d be first to get a room but our room looked like it was the last option they had for us. Completely different to what we saw online, old and sewage smell kicked up through the pipes one night. Fixtures were all chipped making the room look old, outdated and cheap. Thin walls meant we heard everything and everyone walking outside. Not value for money whatsoever.

Excelente hotel, con habitación grande y cama muy comoda, perfecta para desconectar y descansar! A pesar de estar ubicado en el centro, no se escucha ningún ruido, se agradece! El desayuno también nos gustó mucho y el personal del desayuno es muy agradable! El único punto negativo fue el baño que estaba muy bien, pero tenía olores de desagues, una pena!
