A-MAZ-ING! This place is incredible. The food is so delicious, the staff are so friendly and airways willing to go above and beyond. The rooms are huge! I can't say enough good things about this place. I highly recommend going with the all inclusive. We'll be back!

Fomos colocados em uma sala com vista para uma área de construção. O barulho era terrível. Quando reclamamos e pedimos para mudar de quarto - o gerente não nos ligou de volta. Foram necessárias várias ligações para obter uma resposta. Eles não mudaram nosso quarto por 2 dias. Eles também nos cobraram caro no check-out e nos cobraram por um serviço de spa que, segundo eles, seria de cortesia. O gerente não retornou meus e-mails nem me ligou para consertar isso. Eu não recomendo este resort devido à falta de serviço de nível superior. É uma pena porque é uma bela propriedade.

We were placed in a room that overlooked a construction area. The noise was terrible. When we complained and asked to change rooms - the manager did not call us back. It took several calls to get a response. They did not change our room for 2 days. They also overcharged us at our check out and charged us for a spa service that they said would be complimentary. The manager did not return my emails or call me to make this right. I would not recommend this resort due to lack of upper level service. It’s too bad because it is a beautiful property.

Un hotel muy bonito, lujoso y habitaciones amplias. El personal es muy profesional. Las instalaciones son de primera. Tienen alberca muy agradable, y el jacuzzi le da un plus, aunque para mi punto de vista esta demasiado caliente. Lo único malo que no tiene playa justo enfrente del hotel, hay que caminar algo para llegar a la playa, y solo es un pequeño lugar pues a un lado hay rocas. La vista del hotel hacia la playa es muy bonita y relajante.

Do not buy a timeshare here. My ex-fiance and I bought a timeshare together as an investment in our future, thinking we would have our honeymoon there.
When we broke off the engagement, I called them and asked if I could simply give back the right to use share of the property I had purchased. I had already paid them $14,000 and never stayed at the resort. They refused to settle for anything less than the full contract amount PLUS interest.
Now they sent me to collections, and they still refuse to settle for anything but the full amount plus MORE interest, after I had already told them I hadn’t stayed there and didn’t plan to stay there.
Long story short, be aware, there is NO exit strategy from the contract you sign. There is no good faith settlement with unhappy account holders before they send you to collections, and once in collections, they will attempt to hold you responsible for the full amount of the original contract plus interest.
The cherry on top of the cake: I got food poisoning from the dinner I ate there during the sales meeting, had to go to the hospital during Christmas, and spent the night writhing in pain instead of eating Christmas dinner with my family.

As vistas são incríveis, as piscinas são agradáveis e as pessoas são ótimas para lidar. Eu dei 4 de 5 porque fui de férias não ficar preso em um não chamado time share, mas em uma oportunidade de compra que é a mesma coisa da Dame. Um pouco de comida veio muito fria, bem como o cappuccino pela manhã para o serviço de quarto. Eles consertaram imediatamente. Eles têm um alto padrão e gostaram da minha estadia.

El hotel está situado en la mejor playa de Puerto Vallarta creo que puedo afirmar que es uno de los mejores all inclusive de Puerto Vallarta la comida es súper rica en todos sus restaurantes las bebidas están a la altura del Resort el personal sumamente atento a cualquier cosa que necesites , cabe mencionar que el hotel tendrá una gran ampliación por lo cuál al final del proyecto será un duro competidor con cualquier empresa trasnacional desde el 2013 acudo a este hotel y espero esté 2021 no sea la excepción

The views are amazing the pools are nice and the people are great to deal with. I gave a 4 out of 5 because I went to be on vacation not get stuck in a so not called time share but a buy in opportunity which is the same Dame thing. Some food came very cold as well the cappuccino in the morning for room service.They did fix it right away. They hold a high standard and did enjoy my stay.

Been here 6 times over last 5 years.Love it.People, food, resort are all fantastic.Never had any big issues but confident if I did they would do all they could to fix it.Always felt safe in Puerto Vallarta around downtown area and lots to do through Vallarta Adventures.Will be back!

So me and my wife just got here yesterday but not this resort but we might a awesome fun guy at the airport named Chris. He got us all set up with a tour at a extremely mind blowing beautiful resort which is this place. Then we meet the guy who gives us the tour who was named Steven. Cant say enough words about Steven besides he’s one of the coolest guys I’ve met dude is just awesome. Then Steven introduces us to Jason. And then Jason just blows us away completely with his customer service and just overall a awesome guy who knows his stuff. Steven and Jason are one of a kind dudes and I’m not saying what they have done for us but I gotta say this place is already home to us and we’re forever grateful. People that work here actually care about you and actually truly get to know you. It’s a experience I’ve never had and my life has been truly rough the past 5 years and this place made me forget about that all day. Thank you so much again and you guys will always have 2 people that will never stop talking about how amazing this place is but truly more about how amazing the people are. Also one more shout out to the manager Jeff that guy added the icing on the cake today that made us feel even more at home so thank you.

Hotel 5 estrellas con 4 diamantes. La atención es de lujo, instalaciones de primer nivel. Los costos de la comida es un poco elevada en comparación con la calidad; es buena la comida pero no espectacular. Hay actividades para realizar como kayak y paddle. Una excelente experiencia
