    El Zopilote Permaculture Farm/hostel is a particular hostel with natural rustic rooms and dormitories. Is located on the jungle slopes of the volcano Maderas 30km from the port town of Moyogalpa between Santa Cruz and Balgue . All of the rooms are basic but cosy with shared compost toilets and shared showers. All beds have mosquito nets. Guests can enjoy the on-site farm to table restaurant which serves fair priced plates coming straight from the garden every day from 6:30am to 8:30pm; and a pizzeria open every Tuesday and Saturday night from 6pm. There is free WiFi in the restaurant area. The staff of the hostel also organise a lot of activities free for guests like yoga classes every day tours of the farm hiking and many others.
