Best place in town especially for backpackers, very kind reception, very nice atmosphere, super nice location, very close to everything! Double rooms pretty small though. Very nice breakfast and breakfast area with lovely terrace and very friendly staff. Chill out, recreation areas throughout the building with decent music playing in the background. Nice bar and restaurant area on the ground floor, cool Disco bar downstairs. Metro station two minutes to walk, two minutes ride to Catalunya, supermarkets three minutes to walk. I just love the place!

Terrible experience with Maria from customer service. Would not refund or even credit my room during the COVID 19 catastrophe, even while their country was in lockdown. I emailed back and forth multiple times, but could not talk to anyone but her. I was extremely excited to plan my trip back to Barcelona and stay at this adorable hotel, but she made it impossible to do so. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND. Every other hotel in europe was able to refund us or give us a credit except for this one.

I loved it! The customer service was amazing, very kind and helpful individuals. My hotel room was clean and beautiful. I did give it 4 stars because it was very noisy. I could hear every foot step down the hall, carts moving, someone's phone vibrating throughout the nights. I understand that it's a older hotel and that could be why, but i found myself waking up multiple times because of how much I could hear. Aside from that, I loved it! Your'e right next to the Metro, the common areas are beautiful, and the kitchen is so convenient! Beautiful hotel!

I stayed in the mixed dorm. The whole hostel itself if very nice with the common area and eating area. The rooms were cleaned everyday and new towel were also given. The location is also great as it is right in the middle of everything with bus and train station near by.

Lovely hotel, very welcoming. Great location - a walking distance from the attractions of beautiful and happening Gracia and from metro stations. The hotel offers various types of rooms and a communal area that includes a large kitchen and balconies. The staff is friendly and efficient. There's a dance bar downstairs and a cozy bar at the lobby.
