Sem dúvida um excelente hotel mas se paga o preço. A diária a partir de 1000 reais final de agosto uma água 4 euros, uma taça de vinho 11 euros. Mas a vista é linda e a música muito boa.O atendimento é ok
Julgam as pessoas pela aparência o que me parece muito mal, estava de férias com amigas em Barcelona, fomos ao restaurante do hotel, quando terminamos de jantar decidimos ir ao bar para tomar uma copa e fomos barrada na entrada, Me decepcionei!!! Preconceituosos!!
Maravilhoso! O hotel tem uma infraestrutura grande e está tudo incluso. No último andar tem o bar do hotel, que se você ficar hospedado, terá direito a um drink. Os restaurantes anexos ao hotel também são bons, o que facilita não ter que sair à noite pra longe pra jantar.
É um hotel incrível! Tem tudo o que precisa se não quiser sair. Spa, salão de beleza para homens e mulheres e até TATUAGEM! Os ambientes são muito aconchegantes e a vista é a melhor de Barcelona!
Espectacular sería la palabra con la que definiría mi estancia en este hotel. Dejando de banda el precio que eso es algo muy subjetivo, lo cierto es que lo que más destaca de este hotel es la amabilidad de los empleados que es de 10. Las instalaciones y las vistas son espectaculares. Las vistas desde la habitación de la planta ,21 merecen la pena cada euro pagado. Mención aparte se merece el desayuno que es brutal. Literalmente el mejor desayuno buffet que he probado en mi vida y ya han sido unos cuantos. En este caso la atención del personal es exquisita pero más exquisito son los productos de calidad que te ofrecen, tanto platos fríos como calientes que puedes pedir en el momento. La bollería riquísima y la fruta también. Lo que menos me gustó fue la tortilla. Un hotel para repetir una y otra vez.
Good hotel with a great view. Rooms are spacious and the linen is excellent. Check in was quick and they gave us an upgrade. Staff at the bar were a bit slow but friendly. Same for the breakfast. The Spa is my favorite and the staff is excellent and very welcoming. I have been going for 10 years and it s always great.
Tenía pensado reservar una habitación para navidades pero unos conocidos han ido y les han robado absolutamente todo y el hotel no se a hecho cargo de nada . Entonces como entenderán no voy a pagar un hotel de 5 estrellas para que me roben . También esto es un aviso para la gente que va a irque tenéis que tener mucho cuidado . Que te roben es lo peor que te puede pasar y más si no eres de ahí y te tienes que desplazar en avión .. Espero que mejoren la seguridad y el trato hacia la persona . Hasta entonces . Saludos
My original review is included below but I've stayed a few more times and have not had the same problems so I've upped the rating to 4 stars. Rooms have been good and since going back on standard time you can see at breakfast without a flashlight. It's a very nice hotel in a nice beach location but... My room had a great view but the curtains didn't open and close with the switch. The sink drain stopper didn't open and had to be removed by hand. One of the light switches that were press on and off popped off. Breakfast was good but the lighting was so dim it wasn't dimly lit and cool, it was just dark. It was so dark that it was hard to see. Staff was very nice throughout though.

Every time we are at Wet Deck, Frank is the most helpful staff here. He works very hard non-stop and he is the most efficient staff. No matter how busy he is, he always has an eye to check customer’s needs and help them immediately with a big smell and positive attitude. He has an outstanding customer service, a great role model for a five star hotel.
Excelente. Lleno mis expectativas. Mi habitación espectacular, con vistas maravillosas. Tenía todo lo que necesitaba. El desayuno me encantó, el bar muy acogedor. El área de la maravillosa. Al principio hubo un pequeño inconveniente con la reserva, pero al final se pudo solucionar. Volveremos.
El hotel y la terraza están genial. El trato para ir a la terraza... La primera chica nos miró y no dijo nada ( íbamos vestidas normales, camiseta a rayas y pantalón largo) pero en el cambio de turno la otra chica con voz despreciable nos dijo ' ¿pero vais a consumir o solo a mirar?'. Obviamente íbamos a consumir ,aún así ,no son las formas...
Make sure to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a place. They compare hundreds of hotel sites and normally will have rates a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This place is the best rated in this area. I've been staying here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you definitely won't be disappointed. Amazing staff, fantastic views, very clean and modern. Rooms made up to perfection every day. Fresh towels everything cleaned and all clothes folded and put nicely by the amazing hotel staff whom we’re all very welcoming and friendly. Will most definitely be returning. Amazing visit from start to finish can not fault this place.

El área de afuera del Hotel es muy bonita y amplia. Solo pido que le coloquen fuentes de agua potable para todos los deportistas y algún baño público como ya hay en algunas playas. El hotel por dentro es lujoso y moderno, desconozco el hospedaje.
Just one of the best experiences: Even we had a bumpy start when they gave us a smoker’s room everything turned out to be perfect. We got a room in the 20 floor, where the great staff moved all our luggage while we had dinner. Afterwards, it was just an amazing experience as everyone was so nice and attentive. The view and location are incredible, the pools and the beach are just a practically perfect place to chill and relax. The food is really great, breakfast has so many options (even though it’s super crowded). When visiting Barcelona this is the perfect place to stay! We spent a lot of time during our honeymoon at the hotel and enjoyed Barcelona all by walking in the afternoon and during the night.
Hotel luxuoso com um rooftop que tem uma vista incrível
El hotel en si es espectacular y sobretodo la habitación que escogimos con vistas al mar. En general la atención del hotel es impecable, pero hubo un detalle que no me gustó en absoluto. Estando alojados en el hotel y por llevar unos tejanos cortos no te dejen pasar a la terraza de noche, me parece un detalle absolutamente intolerable. Pagas y no es poco por lo que esperas poder hacer uso de todas sus instalaciones. También apuntar que no nos tuvieron la habitación lista hasta las 16 horas.
El hotel es una pasada a pesar de que los años no perdonan y ciertos espacios necesitan ya su debida reforma, me refiero a la “discoteca” Eclipse.. Es un espacio pequeño y no invita a quedarte, eso sí las vistas a la ciudad merecen la pena. Todo lo demás está muy bien, sabiendo que se ha convertido en una pequeña trampa turística.
AMAZING Hotel with exceptional Staff in every department. A huge Thank You to the fabulous Guy who checked us in ( I am so sorry that I am not spelling your name correctly, Patri, forgive me? Also Victor who works at the Beach Bar is just a wonderful human being and so good at his job. He is interested in every single Guest who joined that evening, a natural with Customer Service which you can't teach!
When we checked in, we got the key of the room at 7pm instead of 3pm. The room was stinky as the previous client smoked in the room. The smell was unbearable. After a chaotic check-in, we were lucky to have met Julian, one of the employees of the hotel, who managed the issues in a very professional way. He was extremely patient and handled everything with calm and patience. He was very understanding and friendly despite my lack of patience. He was a great listener. The W Barcelona is lucky to have an employee like him. Our experience at the hotel was great because he was great with us. The reviews should not be entitled to the hotel but to the employees who make the experience great for the clients! Well done Julian for all what you have done for us and for your extreme patience and kindness.
Upon arrival the lobby staff was excellent, booked a room 1 st floor over looking the parking lot, unexceptionable.We upgraded to a suite.Large, some idiot put the bathtub in the beside the bed, supposed classy luxurious, but doesn’t look right.Light switches don’t work, toilet dripping all night, stains on the sofas.I’m sure this room was spectacular when new, but now is warn out.Automatic shades don’t work.The pool area, bar and beach area is fantastic, however there are not enough chairs. At night the quite lobby fills with young people going to the discotheque on the rooftop, as a mature person, it didn’t like the noise and snobby teens. Day 2, toilet was repaired.Things are broken, they do their best to keep you satisfied.

Fui a un evento con cena: Fui encoche entré en el parking y no se indica claramente la entrada del Hotel. Salí a una plaza y de noche no se veía la entrada del Hotel. La cena estuvo bastante bienl. Pero de noche se pierde lo bueno del Hotel que son las vistas a la playa de la Barceloneta.

The W Barcelona is in keeping with the W franchise and meets the 5 star expectation in both accomodation, service, cuisine, location and flair. I had the pleasure to try the spa for a massage which was immensely relaxing. The food in fire was good, but in two instances the food was either over cooked or under cooked. Which is unexpected at this level of establishment. But the real treat is breakfast, which has one of the best options I've seen worldwide. Not just the quality of food but the abundance of high quality offerings and even small niche items. I would definitely come back.

Excellent location , they accommodated us providing early check in and they also upgraded us. beautiful room on the beach, one of the most beautiful locations in spain. you can walk down the beach, there are restaurants nearby. breakfast buffet is very nice. extremely clean rooms. By far a 7 star accommodation with the price of a 5 star.
Lovely place to stay. Perfect for being near the shipyard. The massive problem is there use of single use plastics. I mean who still provides four new shower gel PLASTIC bottles each day, why do I need FOUR PLASTIC bottles of water a day? Why aren't they glass bottles? Also a plastic cup wrapped in a plastic coating!! Come on #WHotel You need to be much more environmentally aware and proactive
Sorpresa por partida doble. Excelente cocina pero, mejor aún, inigualable pulpo!. Zamburiñas excelentes y trato notable. Que alegría reencontrarme con Manu; estupendo capitán!!!. Volveremos!.
Porto bem localizado.
Tenía muchas ganas de visitar este sitio ya que lo había visto muchas veces por redes sociales. Tiene un protocolo un poco absurdo como por ejemplo que no puedes subir con bolsas a la terraza y tampoco con mochilas , sin embargo las mujeres si pueden llevar bolsos grandes (no lo llego a entender) También tienes que aguantar como la chica que se encarga de la cola para subir a tomar algo te mira de arriba a abajo para ver si estas cumpliendo el código de vestimenta. Los precios son bastante caros pero creo que merece la pena solo por disfrutar allí un atardecer.
Diseño moderno con muy buen gusto. Personal amable. La comida de buena calidad y presentación perfecta. No he podido ver las habitaciones por eso no le pongo 5*.
This hotel wins for the best views! Absolutely beautiful views of the whole city from your room and the roof top bar. The room design is a bit too "different" for me. The bathroom is directly behind the bed, which is centered in the middle of the room. This wouldn't be so bad but, the bathroom walls are all a frosted glass. No privacy! The room is clean, but no frills. The mini bar/coffee machine is hidden in a closet, so didn't find until I was leaving. The breakfast options included with my stay were very good. Choose the Buffet or order what you'd like off the menu. All and all the service was good. It's definitely a nice place to check out, but the room is a deal breaker for me.
Asistí a un evento de empresa en este hotel y me encantó. Alguna vez nos merecemos un lujo así. Fue todo excelente, realmente excelente: el servicio, las instalaciones, la comida exquisita. Pero hay 2 cosas que no me gustaron: fue muy caro y la comida exquisita, pero escasa, mientras que el alcohol si te lo ponían abundante. Estuvo bien como cosa elegante y distinguida,para una ocasión especial, pero si tuviese que repetir iría a un restaurante rústico donde pongan comida mas sencilla, barata y abundante.
Mesmo com um teste covid negativo e impossível consumir algo no bar. Muito mau

The view from the room is incredible, the restaurant Fire is amazing and the pool is great. For the price and the reputation it has, I thought it would be even more luxurious. Had to shortened my stay because the room walls are so thin you hear everything…

Uma nova área urbanizada em Barcelona, colada ao mar. Possui uma vista maravilhosa e muita agradável para praticar esporte ao ar livre ou um simples passeio.
Staff were amazing and overall vibe of the hotel was insane. The rooms are incredible, views are out of this world. Would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Barcelona!
My favourite place to stay in Barcelona. Amazing facilities, beautiful views of the city and ocean. The food is good as well. They have several restaurants which all provide a different experience. You can hang out poolside or head to the beach. No need to even leave the hotel. Very good management team and Concierge.
Would have given a 5 start just for the view. But being the most expensive hotel I ever stayed at, that's expected. The toilet however (we had the fabulous sky room on 21st floor) feels almost as if it was inside the room itself. The door to the toilet couldn't be properly closed and there was no exhaust fan or ventilation. Other than that, everything was perfect.
Out of her entire three week trip to Barcelona, the W hotel was our most favorite hotel amongst all of her status. He was conveniently located right in the heart of Spain and had every available amenity possible. The best part about this entire hotel is the view! You can see right across Barcelona and the nearby beach is absolutely beautiful. Just try to avoid going on weekends as it can be very busy with locals. There’s also a bar/lounge at the top floor of the W Hotel which is very beautiful and serves excellent drinks as you can tell from some of my photos. Trust me, they tasted just as good as they look and we will definitely be coming back to the hotel the next time we come to visit Spain!
Amazing hotel with great service and excellent facilities. The rooms are well designed and comfortable. Beds are comfy and although some might find them too soft. Room service was very quick and the food was also great. There is a well equipped gym that likely has everything one could need to satisfy their needs. Both the indoor and outdoor pools are Just about what you'd expect from a hotel like this.
