A localização do hotel é ótima, caminhando em cerca de 5 minutos você chega à catedral !! O quarto era muito espaçoso, no nosso caso havia uma cama de casal muito confortável e duas camas de solteiro não tão confortáveis! Meu quarto não tinha vista de nada !! A casa de banho também é muito espaçosa mas tenha em atenção que tem uma banheira em vez de uma base de duche! A piscina interior é de longe o que mais me surpreendeu, com uma limpeza péssima (para os meus filhos me pedirem para sair, pode imaginar). Estacionamento excessivamente caro, cerca de € 19 por dia !! Resumindo, uma relação qualidade / preço que não está bem ajustada !! Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e atenciosos

Hotel transitório. A piscina tem água turva e mal filtrada, você encontra punhados de cabelo flutuando.O buffet de pequeno-almoço grátis não é bem organizado, pois todos os pratos estão embrulhados em filme, mas não são pratos individuais, mas tem várias coisas no prato, por isso se quiser só um deles tem que levar tudo, o que faz muito desperdício.Os quartos são normais.Eles têm estacionamento coberto e ao ar livre.

Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas la limpieza es muy deficiente. La piscina climatizada estaba muy sucia. No estaba filtrada y llena de pelusas y pelos en el agua. Tampoco la moqueta de la habitación ayuda a que esté muy limpio las habitaciones. Lo único bueno la ubicación y que el desayuno no está mal

Me ha gustado mucho. Hotel tranquilo. Con piscina y gimnasio pequeño pero práctico. Muy céntrico...en 5 minutos caminando ya estas en la catedral!!! Muy recomendable

Excellent excellent excellent.
Rooms were fantastic, very large, clean and smelled fresh. Garden area was great, although probably lacks privacy in peak season.
Stay was very comfortable, beds are super. Room service was excellent, food piping hot and delicious. Breakfast much the same, fresh, good quality and to make it even better, the staff are great - very helpful and always smiling (not those false creepy smiles that you get from enthused staff trying to be positive.)
Great vibe from Abba - I would recommend (especially after a more recent 4* hotel stay in the Burgos area. I would definitely recommend!

My wife and I were travelling on the Camino de Santiago and wanted to stay in a nice hotel with a pool. The Abba Burgos Hotel fit the bill. Very nice hotel with a pool and gym. It was a nice break from the grind of the trail.
The next morning we went to the restaurant to see the breakfast bar. The hostess stopped us from entering and so we asked her how much the breakfast cost. At 14€ each the cost was more than we wanted to pay so we left the breakfast area. From the look on her face, it was very apparent that the hostess was upset that we did not want to pay the high price. She was mumbling words under her breathe that we could not make out as we left the restaurant.
We had a few breakfast items with us so we decided to sit over by the bar and eat. The coffee maker was set up with coffee and creamer for all guests so we made a cup of coffee to have with our breakfast. Apparently this made the hostess very upset because she came flying across the lobby yelling at us that the coffee was not available to us and began throwing all the supplies into a locked cabinet. Her attitude and verbal abuse is why we will never return to this hotel or any hotel under this brand. Not only that but I will continue to write reviews and warn other perrigrinos away from your hotel over a simple cup of coffee.

We travelled with our dog en route to Southern Spain and this hotel was a perfect stop off for us and him. Very clean room, with a little garden area. Locked parking - was great not to have to empty all our luggage, so worth the 18 or so Euros extra. Town nearby very picturesque and loads of Tapas bars etc.

A very comfortable and clean hotel with reasonable rates.
My wife and I stayed at the Abba Burgos hotel recently while traveling with a group. The rooms are large with a good sized bathroom too. The hotel is quiet and in a great location, close to the Cathedral and many restaurants. The breakfast was good and had a good array of choices too.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting Burgos.

Front of house guy made us very welcome and was really helpful.Room spacious and good pillows. Garden off the room lovely.Breakfast a disaster - we waited 20 minutes to try and get a cup of coffee or tea but the queues were ridiculous , we left in the end and went out for breakfast.

the hotel is situated in an ideal location. the staff are friendly and helpful. the rooms are clean and quiet.the breakfast has a very good choice for all palates. we have been staying here regularly for many years and will continue to do so.thank you for an enjoyable stay.

We have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions and have always had a very pleasant time. The hotel is in an excellent location with excellent views and although this hotel is busy with different functions it is very professionally done and did not affect our stay. Parkingis secure though expensive, which is normal in Spain. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. We have now joined their loyalty scheme and will be staying as often as we can. Thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Burgos.
