Realmente ótimo lugar para ficar, o quarto individual que você recebe aqui é um apartamento moderno. Está totalmente mobiliado, para que você não precise ligar para a recepção para nada. De faca a secador de cabelo, eles têm tudo no quarto. Eu gostaria que eles tivessem mais canais de TV ou uma maneira de transmitir do seu telefone. Infelizmente não encontrei essa opção.

Realmente un gran lugar para quedarse, la habitación individual que obtienes aquí es un moderno apartamento tipo estudio. Está completamente amueblado, por lo que no tiene que llamar a recepción para nada. Desde cuchillo hasta secador de pelo tienen de todo en la habitación. Ojalá tuvieran más canales de TV o una forma de transmitir desde tu teléfono. Lamentablemente no encontré esa opción.

Really great place to stay, the single room you get here is a modern studio apartment. It is fully furnished, so that you don't have to call front desk for anything. From knife to hair dryer they have everything in the room. I wished they had more TV channels or a way to cast from your phone. Unfortunately I didn't find that option.

O check-in e a reserva direta são bons, muito acolhedores e amigáveis.Formato muito amigo da energia também com sistema de luz de sensor no corredor e estacionamentos.Local dependendo. Fica perto da expo e dentro da área de investimento de Dubai. O lugar é bastante novo e moderno. Especialmente ótimo se você estiver aqui com a família para uma viagem de alguns dias até alguns meses, pois a cozinha está equipada.Contras (menores), mas definitivamente podem tornar a estadia muito melhor: 1. A máquina de lavar não vem com secador e não há linha de secagem. Como os hóspedes devem secar a roupa lavada ou a máquina não deve ser usada? Então, espero que o hotel possa fornecer uma linha de secagem para o hóspede (custo pelo menos mais barato do que substituir toda a máquina).2. Casa de banho com um design agradável, mas não considero considerar respingos de água em todos os lugares porque o painel de vidro para cobrir apenas metade. Novamente uma opção mais barata é colocar uma cortina de chuveiro, pois já existe um corrimão para segurar o painel de vidro,

Registrarse y reservar directamente es bueno, muy servicial y amable.Formato muy amigable con la energía también con sistema de sensor de luz en pasillo y estacionamientos.Dependiendo de la ubicación. Está cerca de la exposición y dentro del área de inversión de Dubai. Entonces, si apunta a esa ubicación, es bueno. El lugar es bastante nuevo y moderno. Especialmente genial si estás aquí con la familia por un viaje de unos días hasta incluso unos meses, ya que la cocina está equipada.Contras (menores) pero definitivamente pueden hacer que la estadía sea mucho mejor: 1. La lavadora no viene con secadora y no hay línea de secado. ¿Cómo se supone que los huéspedes deben secar la ropa o no se debe usar la máquina? Así que espero que el hotel pueda proporcionar una línea de secado al huésped (al menos un costo mucho más económico que reemplazar toda la máquina).2. Cuarto de baño con un diseño agradable pero no considerado para considerar salpicaduras de agua en todas partes porque el panel de vidrio cubre solo la mitad. Nuevamente, una opción más económica es colocar una cortina de baño, ya que hay una baranda para sostener el panel de vidrio.

Check in and booking directly is good, very accommodating and friendly.
Very energy friendly format too with sensor light system at corridor and parking lots.
Location depending. It is near expo and within Dubai investment area.. So if you are aiming those location this is good. The place is rather new and modern looking. Especially great if you are here with family for a few days trip up to even few months as the kitchen are equipped.
Cons (minor) but definitely can make the stay much better:
1. The washing machine does not come with dryer and there no drying line. How are guests supposed to dry the laundry wash or the machine is not meant to be use? So i hope the hotel can provide a drying line to the guest (at least way cheaper cost than replacing all the machine).
2. Shower room with nice design but not considerate to consider water splattering everywhere coz the glass panel to cover up only half. Again a cheaper option is to put up a shower curtain since there's already a railing to hold the glass panel,

Be ready for sleepless nights. Every night fire alarm goes on at midnight for 2 times even after repeated complaints no response, Guest are using vacuum cleaning at midnight. Poor communication from reception staff. I have requested to meet the property managerbut never had a chance to meet him on 13 night stay.Housekeeping staff are good and supportive thanks Arun and team.
