Food was good and hospitality too. They did make our experience memorable. We had a nice dinner and they took special food requests as well. The location is nice and view too. Must visit in Katra and good property

I visited restaurant on premises on two occasions, and both times came back very happy and satisfied, the taste, the service, the cleanliness, everything was of top standards.

The only good thing about this hotel is the food. Room service, maintenance and response is nerve breaking. Need at least 4-5 calls to fix one simple issue. Happened multiple times during my 2 day stay. Frequent power cuts, noise from neighbouring rooms is very disturbing for night sleep.

Rooms are good and food as well. But the service is below abysmal. There was no hot water in room, frequent power cuts and in room service was very laggard. They made us wait for room service on multiple occasions without updating status and taking way too long. Poor service really brought down the experience of stay.
