As janelas são bastante à prova de som, mas não a porta. Meu quarto ficava bem em frente aos elevadores, então os bipes e ruídos podem ser ouvidos bem altos. Não é um grande problema, já que as pessoas raramente vêm e vão de qualquer maneira.O ar condicionado estava bem acima do meu lado da cama e, infelizmente, as aberturas não podem ser ajustadas. Las ventanas son bastante insonorizadas pero no la puerta. Mi habitación estaba justo en frente de los ascensores, por lo que los pitidos y los ruidos se escuchan bastante fuerte. No es un gran problema ya que la gente rara vez va y viene de todos modos.El aire acondicionado estaba justo encima de mi lado de la cama y, lamentablemente, las rejillas de ventilación no se pueden ajustar. Incómodo sintiendo el viento en mi cara toda la noche.Lamentablemente, las zapatillas de la habitación eran bastante antihigiénicas, no eran nuevas y las suelas mostraban signos de uso y estaban sucias.De lo contrario, el desayuno estuvo bastante bien, la recepción fue servicial con la reserva de nuestro traslado al aeropuerto. Personal amigable.

Windows are quite sound-proof but not the door. My room was right in front of the lifts, so the beeps and noises can be heard quite loudly. Not a big problem since people rarely come and go anyway. Aircon was right above my side of the bed and unfortunately the vents cannot be adjusted. Uncomfortable feeling the wind in my face the entire night. Room slippers were unfortunately quite unsanitary, they were not new and the soles showed signs of usage and were dirty. Otherwise breakfast was quite alright, reception was helpful with booking our airport transfer. Friendly staff.

Eu estava preocupado porque fiz uma reserva pela Agoda um dia antes de chegar ao Vietnã, mas o quarto é muito limpo e o banheiro também é limpo ~Atendimento gentil da equipe Sala limpa, banheiro limpo Hannah é muito legal😊 obrigado pelo seu serviço!

O hotel é simplesmente incrível. A equipe teve um ótimo serviço e estava sempre prestando atenção às nossas necessidades, eles foram especialmente legais com meu filho, o que significa muito como pai se você estiver viajando com sua família. O quarto era muito limpo e as camas muito confortáveis. A TV também tinha YouTube e YouTube kids, o que tornou nossa visita um pouco mais agradável. O buffet de café-da-manhã era bom em comparação com o preço dos quartos, eles ofereceram boas sobremesas e você pode pedir à equipe para trazer pho ou ovos, pois eles não são mostrados lá. Check-in foi ótimo e poderíamos até obter o nosso quarto com duas horas de antecedência. O check-out também foi feito rapidamente. Certamente voltarei na minha próxima visita a Hanói.

El hotel es simplemente increíble. El personal tuvo un excelente servicio y siempre estuvo atento a nuestras necesidades, fueron especialmente amables con mi hijo, lo que significa mucho como padre si viaja con su familia. La habitación estaba muy limpia y las camas muy cómodas. La televisión también tenía YouTube y YouTube Kids, lo que hizo que nuestra visita fuera un poco más placentera. El buffet de desayuno era bueno en comparación con el precio de las habitaciones, ofrecían buenos postres y puedes pedirle al personal que te traiga pho o huevos, ya que no se muestran allí. El registro fue genial e incluso pudimos conseguir nuestra habitación con dos horas de antelación. La salida también se hizo rápidamente. Seguramente volveré en mi próxima visita a Hanoi.

The hotel is just amazing. Staff had a great service and was always paying attention to our needs, they were specially nice to my son what it means a lot as a parent if you are traveling with your family. The room was very clean and the beds very comfortable. TV also had YouTube and YouTube kids what made our visit a little more pleasant. The breakfast buffet was good in comparison with the rooms price, they offered good desserts and you can ask the staff to bring you pho or eggs as they aren't shown there. Checking in was great and we could even get our room with two hours in advance. Check out was also quickly done. I'm surely coming back on my next visit to Hanoi.

We enjoyed both stays at May De Ville Legend Hotel & Spa. Everyone was so warm and welcoming, service was impeccable. Location was great for Old Quarter atmosphere and access to wonderful street food and other attractions. Would recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel in the old quarter, room is beautiful and spacious, Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The front desk helped me to book the tour to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh, it was so amazing trip. I definitely to come back this hotel next time :)
