Wonderful place near the airport. Absolutely helpful staff. Must stay.

If you want quick stop in Barajas with a free shuttle which arrives as promised keep looking this is not the place. 20 minute wait turned into an hour with every ten minutes it will be there in two minutes. The rest of the stay is mediocre at best.

Good... Its very modern, so some might think it a bit stark, and dark. And the entrance is not very well sign posted, we went 3/4 round the building to find it.
But the rooms are big, comfortable and well equipped
I had a very nice meal, in the cafe. Warning, portions are quite big. My starter of chicken goujons and frittes was a main meal in itself. And I had a very nice salmon salad for main. With Apple Tart and ice cream for dessert.

I love the flexibility of this place and the ability to book it for a few hours. It gave us a much needed rest between flights. The airport shuttle service is also excellent!

I only stayed one night but it was wonderful! The rooms are clean, the staff is courteous, and they provide toiletries and what ever else you need. The breakfast was good in the morning, and the shuttle to and from the airport was prompt and the driver friendly. The beds are comfortable and the water stayed hot. I would definitely book here again if I end up back in Madrid.
